hotel is located at the centre of SQ hot spot. I love Suctec city and this hotel is located very closed to them. Also my room can see marina bay, SQ flyer, Marina Sand bldg. it's great. Also closed to promanade station. I was very impressed and I'll come back again next time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
should buy Hippo ticket. if you manage trip and schedule. u will safe lot of money.

We check in around midnight , baby cot not in the room as we requested, but they bring it to our room within 5-10min after we call down to the front desk. We did not have any small note on us when they deliver the room service, 'no worries about it' with a smile was what we got from the waiter.( we experienced some staff will just give u a look) but didnt happen here.
Staff in the lobby offer to help us with our shopping.

the hotel is on top of many shopping centers. Easy access to all of them by the underground connections which mean you can stay away from the heat and humidity! ;-)

Excellent Service 5 stars hotel
The Staff are excellent and Locationg

It only took 15min from the airport by taxi , and check in was fast. The room is so comfortable and clean. On the third floor has path to the Shopping Center. My kid loves the swimming pool .
Restaurant Tip:
The Breakfast is so so for the 5 stars hotel .

I really enjoyed my stay in the Pan pacific hotel. Great hotel, nice view, good location, very good staff. I would definetely go back to this hotel if the price is right. The rooms are very good and the black out courtains in the room are fantastic. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

This was a beautiful hotel to stay in. Nice location. Easy walking distance to everything, even the CBD. the rooms were exactly the way they are presented online. Staff were very helpful and caring.

A wonderful, modern, beautifully designed building with spectacular views. Very impressive facilities and comfortable, spacious, well-designed and equipped bedroom and bathroom. Staff went out their way to be helpful and nothing was too much trouble
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Visit the Botanic Gardens and spend plenty of time exploring the beautiful parkland, especially the Orchid Garden - it's breathtaking

Generous rooms, views of the city and harbour, access to transport.

*Plenty of choice for eating both within and around the hotel. International Buffet for S$36 was great value (reduced from S$48pp for bookings between 6.30-7.30pm)
*Access to regular and frequent bus service as well as train service. Taxi to airport was cheap. S$2 on train to Orchard Road for shopping enthusiasts if Suntec shopping didn't provide sufficent outlets to spend your money on. Walking distance to other attractions either via street or underground shopping area/walkways.
*Decore was great.
*Quiet. Did not hear anyone else via doorway, common walls or balcony.
