This hotel is close to Suntec city (big shopping mall). The hotel staff is very helpful and nice. I got room upgrade to bigger room.. Laundary service is delivered on time around 6-7 pm for regular service.
Overall it's highly recommended hotel for business and shopping.

The Hotel is in a great location next 5 min walk to the MRT ans right next to soem great shopping halls and a right next door to a great nightclub streolab, it is a 4 to 5 star hotel but you wil pay for it. If you can get a good deal go go it, only small thing is that the style seem a little outdate like some from the 70's /80's

We just stayed here for one night and chose it as it is a reasonably priced and convenient hotel with decent facilities. I've also stayed at the Mandarin Oriental, Shangri La, and the Novotel, and I would rank this as #3 amongst the 4. I thought that for including breakfast, this was a pretty good value. I prefer the views and rooms at the Mandarin and the pool area at the Shangri La but could stay at the Pan Pacific agian.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Singapore Botanical Gardens are amazing.

its really nice location also its conacted to other facilaty like shopping mall, very quite hotel and very clean.
I recommend other to stay in this hotel.
Also when im going to visit Sigapore i will stay in the same hotel

Very nice hotel, great views from the rooms overlooking the city, modern amenities, nice gym. The location in Marina Bay is perfect if you're interested in shopping. This is not Orchard Street, but there are shopping malls all around. It's difficult however to walk from there to Chinatown, Little India, the Quays, etc. But the MRT (Singapore's subway system) is right there if you want to explore those other areas. My advice: use it!

The stay was generally pleasant. There were some unhappiness about the service and assistance rendered during the stay but the duty manager (Mark) subsequently handled them personally. We had in room dining that night and asked the duty manager to ensure that nothing goes wrong for our anniversary dinner. However the chicken that was served was not fully cook and bloody inside. We changed to another main course but the dinner was disrupted and thus less than satisfactory.
Overall the service was good, the breakfast was also excellent.

The staff and management were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for them. They even organised a birthday cake card, etc. for me. without having to ask or tell them it was my birthday. Attention to detail was outstanding, breakfast was great and varied. The Indian restaurant was billed as one of the top restaurants in Singapore and after eating there, I totally agree. The hotel also benefits by having great location for the Marina and shops

Great location to stay for viewing and participating in the National Day festivities

I thought the Pan Pacific Hotel was a great place to stay and so Central to everything - with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. We even got free passes from the front desk for the Singapore Flyer and were upgraded to an amazing room for quite a cheap price. Definitely a memorable experience!
Nightlife Tip:
Clarke Quay is where all the young people go.

Nice hotel with comfortable bed and comprehensive amenities. close to shopping malls and Sands casino. The disappointment was that check-in was slow and staff lacks personal touch. will recommend to business travellers who wish to shop around after work.
