Ideal Location, attached to a large shopping mal

One reviewer described the bar area as funky which may or may not be to everyones taste. Peace and tranquility were not in evidence so it really depends what you are looking for during your stay in Singapore. All hotel information was accessed via the TV which does not make it easy to review in room dining etc which might explain why we did not eat in the hotel. Would go for a pacific view or panoramic view room as a minimum.
Restaurant Tip:
Search out Din Tai Fung for some great Dim Sum there are 14 branches in Singapore.

Great hotel at an excellent location!
Near shopping centre, Marina Bay, comfortable room

Great view of the Marina Bay from the room, had a Nespresso coffee maker in the room. Huge flatscreen TV. Ordered room service for breakfast and the food was great!
Some hair left in the toilet when we checked in. Cleaning could have been more thorough.
Would have been nice if there was a small gesture (small toy or chocolates) as we were staying to celebrate my son's birthday, but there was none.

Great location in Marina Singapore

My third stay in Pan Pacific Singapore Marina. The lobby has been upgraded and looks splendid. Check in and out are pleasant and profesionally done. Rooms are clean and comfortable with free internet access. The location is excellent and many attractive places are reachable in walking distance. I'll be back.

The room was clean but not as expected as preious reviews about newly renovated. It's just re-touced.
The front desk service was extremely slow. We had to wait more than 30 min to get turn to check in. Many guests were also very unhappy with the long wait though the staffs were polite and friendly.

the hotel room is quite big, you could find all staff is very friendly, and it is good location for shopping, very closer to subway, by the way, if the room rate is included breakfast is much better.

The shower was simply Awsome

the staff were very helpful and ensured we had a very pleasent stay. this was very much a highlight as they were very happy to answer any of our questions and gave us many recomendations on were the locals like to go to eat. the shower was awsome after spending a few weeks in vietnam.

Located right opposite Marina Bay Sands, easy walking distance to Marina Bay, Clarke Quay, Boat Quay etc. and MRT on the doorstep. Has recently been refurbished to a high standard. But they have retained their most unique feature - music piped into the water in the swimming pool!

Great hotel for sightseeing base and relaxing. Could walk to Singapore flyer and Marina. Several huge malls within walking distance. Mrs station also close by. Booking station for hop on hop off buses and famous Duck Tours also within walking distance. Hotel interior and rooms very luxurious. Easy, quick check in. Very nice pool.

Great location but spooky experience
good and friendly staff but slow sometimes

while waiting for our check in there's seem short of staff in the reception. we waited for about 10mins for our turn after that everything goes smoothly.
room is normal nothing special, morning have a spooky experience. the auto remote suddenly goes up by it's own around 7am+
