Everything is fine except very expensive Internet

our stay was comfortable. hotel was nice to accept the late check out of 2pm which we requested. the staff was friendly and supportive always. however, internet charges are damn expensive for singapore standard. for the kind of money you pay for the hotel room, internet should come free ideally which is not.
so for business traveller this is a negative point which is expensive internet.

very friendly
position of hotel,access to shopping,food & great service from porters etc.

we like the position of this hotel & its convenient access to most things we like to do.Easy walk to Raffles for breakast & raffles shops. we can walk through marina plaza which has great shopping,coffee & eating, & we don't get wet if it is raining.The doormen are friendly & helpful especially people like Jumaidi,who is always a pleasure to see.

Great feeling of welcome to the hotel. Restaurants were excellent if expensive. Good location for shopping local shopping or transport to other areas. Staff were very helpful.
Restaurant Tip:
Eat in the Japanese restaurant at least once.

Great location in very modern set-up
proximity to shops, you can practicaly "walk in" 4 shopping malls

PanPacific is one of the best hotels in Singapore, great service, beautiful facilities, personable service, Italian, Indian and Japanese restaurannts ( excellent), perfect location for shopping, away from the busy and tiresome Orchard Rd area,very modern, great vibe, great value for money.

crazy system errors. I checked into my room but had another guy walking into my room with his key!!!!!! The hotel system had some error and checked both people into the same room.
A/C broke down and had to be fixed.
Drinking cup at restaurant had lipstick marks.
Overall, most horrendous stay in recent years.

Strategically located for shopping

My partner and myself have stayed at The Pan Pacific several times and will continue to stay here when visiting Singapore. The hotel is strategically located for shopping with access straight into Marina Square and Sun Tech so you can shop from breakfast to dinner if you wish. A short walk and you are at several other shopping malls and the new link to the MRT and orchard road shops is great. The staff are always friendly and very professional.
Restaurant Tip:
The coffee club makes a good breakfast and try Trung Nguyen for a different coffee both in Marina Square attached to the hotel

A great location and very good service. Upgraded to a suite which was huge and very comfortable. The executive room facilities were great, especially the early evening drink and canapes.
No problems with very late arrival and the facility to leave bags and still use the pool after checkout was great.

Over all we enjoy our stay with the hotel. Front desk's staff are super nice and helpful. Restaurant and lounge are no food supply after 12:30am, and you must order room services instead.. Love the room design and so clean the room. We are happy for our stay and will come again.

Overall we were very pleased with the hotel. Since we have a youg daughter we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy all of the leisure facilities. The staff were all very friendly and the location is superb. Everything seemed to be very clean and there seemed to be plenty of other families staying at the hotel. The only thing that could perhaps be improved was the buffet breakfast. There was plenty to eat, however not really a great variety on offer. As we left the restaurant after finishing our breakfast there appeared to be a long queue to try and get in. This would have been rather unfortunate had we been one of those waiting in line.

Quick ride from the airport to the Pan Pacific hotel, beautiful accommodations. We chose this hotel due to price, our friends stayed at the nearby Conrad, we chose the Pan Pacific because it was priced more reasonably but had the same look and feel. We were very happy with the choice. Our room overlooked the pool, unfortunately it rained the 2 days we were there so we were unable to use the pool.
