Great Location at the Marina Bay area, which attached to many department stores. Breakfast is so so. And the overall design of the hotel is kind of out of date. But the staffs and facilities are quite ready for keeping your business trip comfortable and convenience.

Had to arrange a short stay of three days in Singapore en-route to New Zealand and chose the Pan Pacific after reading other peoples reviews on Agoda and checking out the special rates. It did not disappoint. The location was great and the views from my room on the 31 floor were marvellous. I only go to eat in the hotel on one occasion and that was in the Chinese dining room on the top floor. It was for lunch and the food was fantastic.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Top floor Chinese restaurant is excellent if you favour this type of cuisine.

My room was not ready when I arrived late in the evening. The check-in staff was very polite and efficient and offerred me a deluxe room instead of a panorama room (actually a down-grade - the rooms are identical but the deluxe rooms are on a lower floor) and threw in free breakfast, a $40 value. The room was clean and comfortable and well-appointed. The concierge went out of her way to coordinate a night safari excursion with friends staying at another hotel. Excellent location in the Marina and good value compared to nearby hotels. Would definitely go back.

Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore - Awsome
The hotel was beautifull,the room was large and very comfortable, as well as very clean and everything you could possibly need. It is situated in a great spot. close to shops, river and metro train, which is easy to use. Also the staff were so lovely and very helpfull. Even when we arrived from Italy at 7am they managed to get us in our room straight away. Brilliant!!

The Pan Pacific hotel is one that I would recommend to everyone visiting Singapore. It is close to all amenities, shopping, river restaurants and transport. Also it is about 15min from the Airport which is perfect if you have been flying for 12hrs as we did. The staff are very abliging and frendly, always there for any of your needs. The rooms are large and full of everything you could possibly need, including an iron and ironing board!! We will go back again for shaw, and recommend it to all.
Restaurant Tip:
Lovely Thai restaurant in the shopping centre Marina Square. Not hard to find as it is the only one and always busy.

The hotel is very convinient that is located at the centre of Singapore. Staff were polite and careful. The automatic window is very nice thing to have. The lobby area is nice and clean. Fast services. Nice food. Breakfast is nice. Good value for money I would say..duringthe weekend.
