Good location, Nice view, Friendly staff, well equipped rooms
It was a very enjoyable stay at the Pan Pacific, its located at the marina and has two very large shopping centres next to it. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. The room had a great view of the Singapore skyline. The room was spacious and had everything you needed, it even included cables for connecting ipods/laptops/dvd players etc to the LCD TV.
Shopping Tip : Orchard road has a lot of shops and restaurants definitely worth a trip.

It really is a 5 star hotel.
I like the pool and the gym.
TV wasn't working - it always display "Please wait for system to start"
The air conditioner was leaking.
Hotel Feature Tip : The pool with music is great.

Pan Pacific has top quality service from the arrival desk until the departure desk. The Deluxe Balcony room we had has a very nice seaview and also view to Singapore skyline. Rooms was nice and in good condition.
At certain times the breakfast was a bit crowded and we had to queue for a while before getting a table.
The hotel announces smart casual dress code which prevented us from visiting hotel restaurants as we had only holiday wear (although we didn't test the how strictly the dress code is applied).
Although the hotel is a very large hotel most suitable to business travelers we enjoyed also our freetime stay at the hotel. For example the pool area was nice and suitable for a short relaxation in between shopping and dinner.
The location is not the perfect one as to the closest MTR station is a 10 minute walk. However, some tourist attractions are within a walking distance e.g. Singapore Flyer and Raffles Hotel.

the front desk staff were very efficient & extremely friendly.
Room was excellent.
From the very polite door man to the efficent & very welcoming front desk check-in staff.
Our stay at the Pan Pacific for you honey moon night was just amazing, we were automatically upgraded to the executive suite that had great views overlooking the city. I would stay again & have already recommended it to my work colleagues.
Restaurant Tip : Try the esplanade hawker stall for an authentic asian experience.

Excellent for business .Well located.Good service.Nice desk and connexions.Bed and bedding very comfortable.Nice pool with careful attendants.
It is a BIG hotel , meaning a little "anonymous".Same with food : nice but bland .Mediocre Italian Restaurant.Extremely good chinese one.
Overall excellent service.Nothing to complain. The staff is very nice and efficient.Rooms are clean and comfortable.Laundry is well done and quick.Room Service OK.I am a repeat customer and think it is a good choice : well located for business and plenty of shopping or eating opportunities all-around.Some rooms facing work-in-progress might be a little noisy.

excellent location, nice rooms, nice view, very professional staff.
For a one one night weekend trip i think this hotel was really and excellent choice for me:
A-excellent location, nice rooms, nice view, very professional staff.
****
B-Close to some main attraction as Singapore wheel and Singapore mother million .
****
C-From Second floor you can easily access to two malls:
1- Marina shopping mall and
2- Suntec conference hall and shopping center (where the Duck-tour ticket & departure point "must" ).
****
D-The most thing i liked that i used AGODA point to get 100 USD discount :) so i got the room for one night in very good price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Duck tour is a must . walk to Suntec hall and in the ground floor pass the food court and in the left you will find the tickting and depature point for the tour .
don't miss it :)

The location, The rooms, the Shower is awesome, the stuff and the facilities.
This hotel is a real 5 Star hotel, it's way better than Crown Plaza and the Sheraton. I recommend you all to use this hotel if you considered going to Singapore.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to the FlyWheel it's a great experience.

Spacious lobby and atrium. Nice indoor bubble lifts that provided a sense of levitating from one floor to another in quick succession when looking upwards. Room is immaculate with excellent night view of the city.
Restaurants' food could be either too expensive or bad judging from their absence of customers.
This hotel has an airy atrium with a nice lounge bar located at the foot of 4 indoor bubble elevators that go all the way up to 30 plus floors. Amazing sight from the bottom up or vice-versa. The room is immaculate and the night view of the city is breath-taking from the room. The staff is very polite and attends to all your needs. The restaurants are not so good i supposed judging from the emptiness of all the restaurants.
Shopping Tip : Go through via the second floor sky bridge across the main road to Marina Shopping centre. Worth a visit.

Acknowledging our previous stay by giving us and upgrade to Panoramic level 30
The PAN Pacific Marina Deli Shop on the ground floor could have a bell or buzzer installed on the door. Staff can become aware that a customer is in their shop waiting for service. No one was there to serve us on two occasions
We received an upgrade when we arrived. The room was spacious and clean and had excellent Blackout Blinds for sound sleeping. The air con was great. the American buffet breakfast was substantial with lots of choices available. The service poolside was excellent right from us appearing. Clean towels, cold bottles of drinking water arrived at once.
Restaurant Tip : Eat at Santec City's Food market on ground floor.

Lychee Martini's - the best in Singapore, Hien Tien Lao restaurant on the 37th floor - fantastic view, fantastic food!!
The balcony cuts out part of the view from the room - glass balconies would have been better.
The rooms were comfortable with a lovely view over the Marina, staff very friendly and helpful and great location for shopping.
Shopping Tip : Suntec City and Marina Square have all the shops and more than yu will find on Orchard Road

Great hotel.
Big LCD with various cables to connect iPod, Laptop...
long wait for elevators.
LCD does not tilt sideways.
Pan Pacific Singapore is conveniently located near the Suntec City mall and convention center.
Rooms are spacious, and the bath amenities are great.
The large LCS has a panel that connects to your Laptop, iPod or any other audio video device you have.
The Indian restaurant is also very good.
Restaurant Tip : Indian restaurant a the hotel is great.

location is convenience to access to Suntec conference hall and shopping center nearby. The room layout was well fuction which made my stay comfortable especially the bed set.
check in counter is hiden behind the big pole which is not visible.
I found the hotel is up to standard from its location, room arrangement and services. However, the staff at the desk on my arrival was professional focus without interactive conversation with guests and i suppose it is something they should improve the attitude of their staffs to be more lively and helpful. to be fair, the staff on my departure was very helpful and cheerful and she is Indian. My room amenities was not provided in a complete set which is minor note for the hotel, i dont take this serioud. The big advantage of this hotel to me is the location as i came here for the conference. The rate is reasonable but it should include breakfast not to leave as option. For the breakfast, the variety of food is little and i dont find it delicious just functional. If i have a chance to come back for business trip, this hotel is one of my choice.

Location, Balcony Room, Service
Personal detail records not up to date. Breakfast expensive.
The Pan Pacific Singapore (Suntec City) in centrally located in the Suntec business area. Close to shops, many restaurants, and not too far from the Orchard Road shops either. Great staff, and the check in procedure is getting better. There's a great bar on the ground floor. Breakfast is expensive at SG$45 per person - they need to look at other options for guests. You can get great deal through Agoda, but check the hotel web site first before booking, and ask the Agoda agent for similar deals.
Shopping Tip : Suntec City mall has lots of shops, but great chocolate in the Millennia Walk arcade next to teh hotel.
