Great staff. All very friendly. Everyone was polite and helpful. Place was definitely luxurious. Stay delay in check-in because the lobby wasn't easy to find from the mall. Very pleasant experience! Towels were changed out 3 times a day while I was there. Soap, bath salt and were also frequently given. The view from the room is definitely awesome. I especially liked the cables the room provided to connect my laptop to the tv. Having internet and access to a swimming is also something I enjoyed. I would be more than happy to stay there again! I can't comment on the food or drinks because I didn't try any.

- cannot give me a king bed Nice stay at the Pan Pacific. The hotel has all good ingredient of 5-star hotel. Lobby is nice and generally staffs are friendly. The room is acceptable but a bit old. Bathroom is large and have got both bathtub and shower room. It seems like the room I stayed used to be a twin room, so there is only a thin-wall between my room and the next one. So I can hear the noise from the room next door from time to time.

Great location, good service, great staff We stayed for 4 days, and they were really nice to us. When they knew we were newlyweds they send us a basket of fruits and a cake. Great concierge service.

Location, Amenities, clean rooms Room service response time I used to stay at Pan Pacific in the late 90's and since its renovation, this is my second staty. Rooms are clean and comfortable with adequate comfort features. Overall hotel service is above average and I am satisfied. One draw back is the internet service being too expensive.

- very good service On my way to Indonesia I stayed one night time in Singapore. I took hotel because the location and I was very satisfied.
Extra was from front desk. They order me limousine with very good driver and we saw the sights in two hours.

The rooms are very spacious and good views. I like the bed and pillows, very comfortable, i had a very good rest while staying there. The staffs there are friendly and service required were fulfilled promptly. There are a wide selection of choice of food that i can choose from and it was really very nicely done up. i enjoyed it. The housekeeping services is also very prompt when i asked them to clean up the place. All in all, the stay was very enjoyable.

The hotel offered excellent value for money, we had an upgrade at no extra cost. We also arrived at about 9.0 a.m. and our room was ready for us. What a bonus! check-in & check-out so easy. I suppose, if I really have to find a fault, it would be the lack of free internet access, but the cost was very reasonable. First I would like to tell you that we were on the 26th floor and the lifts went up the outside of the building, ( might be lifts inside as well) what a view!
Check in was easy and we were delighted with our room. We had a balcony and a view, which at night would be appreciated by any age group.
Large bed, desk area, if required and all the usual goodies, tea making facilities, mini bar. The ensuite was more than we had hoped for, bath, a shower that was pretty powerful and all the towels were decent sizes, more than needed.
Eating at the hotel was excellent, staff there when you needed them without being in your face. Plus a variety of dining options to choose from. Easy access to the shopping areas and the Malls.
This hotel and staff were there to help and make a stay in Singapore a most enjoyable experience.
I am sure anyone who visits this hotel will be as pleased as we were.
All age groups were in this hotel,pool and spa facillities there too. We didn't have time to try them out, maybe next time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : 2 large shopping malls accessed from the hotel.

It was close to shopping where you would open a door and you were in a shopping complex, entertainment and restaurants close by. Short drip to the city and circular quay. Friend staff and security that were always willing to help

Rooms were spacious, flat screen TV and clean. Decor pleasant and makes one feel very much at home. Lifts serving the floor were separated in easing congestion but unfortunately lifts were very slow. Hotel met my request for a room to be further from the lifts and we were on 26th floor that had a sitting lounge serving complimentary coffee & tea with great plushy comfortable sofas and reading materials plus news update on TV. Hotel attached to Marine Parade shopping Mall with restaurants and shops.Excellent location and excellent staff service.
Shopping Tip : Floor 2 & 3 connected straight to the shopping mall and many restaurants - real convenient!

Location close to transport and some sight seeing attractions such as the Singapore Flyer. Rooms were great and the staff friendly. Place is close to several eating places right accross the road. Nothing that comes to mind. We picked the Pan Pacific for its location to all the attractions within the area. The room we had a great view of the Singapore Flyer. The pool area was great with free bottle water supplied to all guests. As well the food area next to the pool had excellent service and food. Although this was a large hotel, the staff were organised and able to cope with several guests at the same time. Will stay here again when visiting Singapore.

In the centre of commercial areas/shops, touristic places to visit and easy connections to take MRT. On the top of Building will be interesting to have a place to see the view. It was an unforgettable stay. The location and the facilities was the best. The room service, facilities and view was excellent. Very quite environment and so familiar.
The room was supreme and had an excellent view to the main City, special at night.
The breakfast service and food was excellent. I enjoyed to much staying at Pan Pacific Hotel.Certainly, I will recommend it all my friends

This is a good location for shoppers. This hotel is surrounded by many shopping malls. This is a little bit old hotel. This hotel is in the center of the shopping malls. There are so many shoppes around this hotel. You never get board. This hotel is a little bit old hotel and surrounded by many tall buildings. I was a little sad that the view (partial harbor view) is a really partial. I hope this hotel renovate the reception area so that people think it is a great hotel.
