Great place, great rooms good value.
Room are bigger and luxurious. Great service from the Reception, Concierge, housekeeping. all staff we encountered helped us with beautiful smile.

the hotel is within the centre of all activities, sights and shoppings and restaurants are all over the place that you can have a choice of what to eat from different countries.
really a very good hotel for leisure, pleasure and business.
we look forward to the next trip to singapore.

There restaurants in the malls and around the hotel that cater for every taste.

we stayed 2 nights in executive room overlooking the marina. it was absolutely fantastic. the room is lovely, bed comfortable, the toiletries of good quality. the breakfast on 30th level with the view of marina was just a perfect beginning of the day. the cocktail hour at bering suite was fantastic - good snacks , some alcohol drinks and panoramic view. want to come back one day.the only disadvantage was that the room wasn't ready when we arrive about 7pm - after 20h travel it was unacceptable in a 5 star hotel! but they invited us for snacks and drinks in bering siute and even though happy hour was about to end we were served till our room was prepared.

Its a 5star hotel you expect a 5 star service and you get it ! attached to a mall and mrt station 12 mins away you are only happy around it !

shops at marina square and suntec next to hotel, but it's far from the orchard road area. free parking shared with mall, which can be difficult if there are events at the mall or hotels. nice hotel, comfortable, clean, good service.

Found black finger prints over the pillow. Someone touched and did not pull out the dirty pillow case. Had the room changed to a higher level.

Take the subway as this is about $20 ride from Orchard.

This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in, the staff can not do enough for you, the service was amazing and the hotel facilities are brilliant.The food is the best and the staff are there in a second if you require anything.

stayed thru the weekend with my family, the room was quite nicely decorated with the bathroom facilities scoring highest points from my child. the buffet breakfast could be improved with more variety of offerings. will consider to stay another time if time permits.
