Nice Hotel
Great view from our room, nice swimming pool,

Very nicely furnished room. Older styling, but clean and spacious. Great view of Marina Bay (including Merlion) from our room. Hotel has convenient, direct access to Marina Square shopping mall.
Dislikes: 1. slow and stiff toilet flush.
2. Long wait for a room service request (~1 hour). For a "luxury hotel", I would have expected more prompt service.

lovely hotel and service with hearts
Good location, not so far from airport, big lobby area, easy access to other shopping centers surrounded needless going out under the sun.

i've been stayed in this hotel twice and having the same good feeling and ease of stay. i love it and i will come back when i visit singapore.

Great location and comfortable room

check in service is fast and helpful when i reach, when i requested for higher level rooms, they helped me do a free upgrade of room without any charges given. the room is clean and nice, there are all kinds of cable like hdmi cable etc. room service was fast and helpful too, every staff there serves the guest with a smile. i will definitely recommend this hotel for all my friends and relatives.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is linked to Marina Square and also just across the road will be Suntec City.

Do not stay here if you are a smoker
Nice room with all expected amenities

Five star hotel building.
One star staff!
Made to take own bags to room. No member of staff showed us how to use any of the rooms facilities. Wi-fi problem.
Worst thing for us was lack of decent smoking facilities. Horrible small area by lifts. No smoking anywhere else in the hotel. A lot of people were complaining about this.

central location with a view to die for
rooms are well appointed with view of singapore river

we stayed for one night only to catch a concert.we were upgraded to a better room with balcony overlooking the river/harbour.
service was courteous and prompt. enjoyable stay. will definitely return.

Good hotel with excellent location
Convenient, excellent location, good view

the hotel was attached to a shopping centre which made it very convenient . the view of the singapore flyer and the marina bay at night is also beautiful. you are able to watch the fountain light show at night. you can walk to the esplanade to watch concerts there.
hotel room is just functional though, and the arrangement of the hotel lobby is a bit chaotic. and room service was a bit slow.

Great place, great rooms good value.
Room are bigger and luxurious. Great service from the Reception, Concierge, housekeeping. all staff we encountered helped us with beautiful smile.

the hotel is within the centre of all activities, sights and shoppings and restaurants are all over the place that you can have a choice of what to eat from different countries.
really a very good hotel for leisure, pleasure and business.
we look forward to the next trip to singapore.
Restaurant Tip:
There restaurants in the malls and around the hotel that cater for every taste.

we have a very good time here in this hotel. the location is very close to almost every attractons in singapore. the transportation is also convenience where we can use mrt next to the hotel.

the room size is just nice, very comfort, and great facility inside.
in-room dining was excellent, prompt service, and good food.
the hotel location was excellent for shopping, connected to marina square and suntec, but it's a bit far to mrt.

Its a 5star hotel you expect a 5 star service and you get it ! attached to a mall and mrt station 12 mins away you are only happy around it !
