THe hotel is lovely and modern, room is very clean, as expected of a 5 star hotel. The view of the skyline is great and they had these wonderful remote-controlled blinds and curtains.
A couple of things that didn't work - the kettle; poor drainage at the sink; the air-con was v cold throughout even though we turned it off through the night (i have a feeling cold air must be seeping in from some unknown source). We called for the maintenance pp. They came promptly. Kettle and drainage problems were fixed but not the air-con.
The best thing was that, when I completed the hotel survey and included the air-con problem, they wrote back v promptly and offered a free upgrade upon our next stay!!! A v pleasant offer even if we might not stay there in the near future.
Loved the accessbility to Marina Square (just downstairs!!)

Good for a city hotel

We only stayed for 3 nights as a stopover and it was comfortable and well located. Staff that were met were efficient and polite. Would stay again.

Enjoyable two days at Pan Pacific, rooms were big enough and food at executive lounge very good . Close to everything and good choices for eating outside the hotel, easy access to Sentosa also. Staff attentive but not intrusive. Will return again

the pan pacific singapore is everything you would expect from a hotel in the top echelon. great staff, beautiful rooms, fantastic service and a1 location. just round from raffles and next to the marina bay development, you can't go wrong with this hotel. wonderful.

this is one fantastic hotel. took a 2 day weekend off from work and checked in and had total relaxation.
Shopping Tip:
You get shopping from all directions and when you are done you still have the nightime all around marina bay. A+ Hotel
Note: if you are out past 11:00pm make sure you come to the main hotel entrance, the mall locations are locked.

Check in was a breeze and warmly welcome from the staffs. The room was spacious and clean. Everything can be expected from a five star hotel. Great swimming pool and a well equiped gym with every detail be attended. The only disappointment is that the hotel is a non smoking hotel which was never indicate when i make the booking. A big differneces for a smoker like me. The TV signal was down a few time during the night. Apart from a great hotel which i will revisit.

Situated at good location which is near to marina sand bay and shopping areas. With the room facilities nag comfort, the promotion price is really value for money. The room is big and clean..well maintained. It will be great if better promotion price is given for longer stay.

Pan Pacific is one of the best Singapore hotels I will like to visit again. Its location is great. Shopping malls are ur neighbors, near-by restaurants are ur world-wide home kitchen. Additionally, there is a live bar called Paulaner is very close to the hotel. U can enjoy a good beer there. Its good service especially makes me impressive. Dillon

Lovely Hotel in a great location

The rooms are tastefully done. The hotel is well appointed and the attitude of staff is very helpful. The hotel is well known for taxis and therefore is easy to get to. The locals are very friendly and there is a good atmosphere. The hotel is also close to tourist attractions and shopping. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay close to transportation and shopping.
