definitely the best choice

choosing pan pacific hotel singapore as the venue for my surprise bday party for my boyfriend was indeed the best choice. we love the room, very cozy, comfortable to stay in. the pool was also great. i would definitely recommend this hotel and we'll surely choose here to stay some other time again ;)

i loved the staff and location. hotel was beautiful.
only disappointment was that even though i booked and specified one month in advance that i wanted a specific type of room/view i did not get it. i was told at the counter upon check in that they had other guests those rooms were given too and if i wanted i could be given a roo
which is generally a "smokers" room but would cost me additional per night.
i don't smoke and i didn't see why i had to pay when the hotel stuffed up.
i let it go and do not hold it has a negative.. just disappointing.
otherwise all great!!!

the room was clean, the pool was great and staff at pool were friendly and helpful

this hotel is soulless... and has all the charm of a convention centre in a midwest city somewhere in the 1980s. it is cavernous, not only the atrium, but the public spaces.. you never see any staff (except for at the aforementioned poolside, where the woman in charge is friendly, efficient and polite), who seem to be sequestered behind the front desk in the lobby, or at their waiter's stations in the restaurant.. its location is less than ideal unless you were attending a convention in the centre next door... it's a long hike to the main shopping area and not a friendly one on foot... there are nice views of the new sands hotel and the flyer... it's an overwhelming sea of beige and browns with sparse greenery and way too little sunlight...

The staff where very friendly and happy to help, the hotel is well situated, close to the city tour buses etc. MRT station is nearby and make transport easy

Good location, right in the marina bay area, within walking distance to sands resorts and subway. Huge shopping mall right at the hotel's doorstep. Good clean rooms with decent housekeeping.

the spacious room as well as how clean it is. the service is the best! I love the location as well.

this is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. it is a staycation as i could not afford the time to travel overseas. it was really nice with grea service from the reception. i love the fact that it is so convenient and close to the shopping malls.
