Good service and facilities. Fantastic view from balcony. Need to have coffee maker and Dvd player. The staffs at Pan Pacific Singapore (Marina) are really friendly. Services are excellent. I wish I can stay 1 more night or more to enjoy the facilities!
Pool is clean and peaceful which make me feel total relaxing. I was sleeping by the pool for an hour! Steam bath is so clean and the settings are always right.

Reception staff made us at home immediately.
Housekeeping was excellent.
Shopping mall at close proximity was very convenient. Taxis not available at certain times. We arrived three hours before official checking in time. We had made a request for early check in. On arrival we were surprised to find that a room was available 3 hours before. It was very refreshing especially after a flight. At the reception the staff was very courteous and obliging. The rooms were excellent. The whole stay was very pleasant. If we have another opportunity to travel to Singapore, we will book the same hotel.

outstanding service, great rooms Not my usual Orchard Road location, but it turned out to have its own shopping and restaurants right in the proximity of the hotel--so I thought location would be a "con" but it wasn't. I was very impressed with the level of service at this property. The concierge briskly helped me store a bag the day before I checked in and when I did check in the receptionist at the "executive floor" desk beckoned me over to her area even though I was not staying on the executive floor. The room (standard) was extremely sumptuous and well-laid out. great TV, desk, lighting--the whole nine yards. The hotel is surrounded by its own shopping and restaurants so I did not bother hitting my usual Orchard Road spots.
Restaurant Tip : Paulaner Brauhaus is right around the corner and offers great beer and a good menu.

Good staff service-my husband was presented with a cake, chocolate & fruits on his birthday. This is an unforgettable birthday for him. It is clean, comfortable & has good views from the window. Pan Pacific Singapore is the best hotel I have stayed. It is clean, comfortable & has beautiful view of the city. The service is excellent. It has very good restaurants. We had a lovely dinner at the Chinese restaurant & the view outside was lovely. The staff service was excellent. My husband had an unforgettable birthday. He was given a lovely cake, chocolate & fruits & also a lovely card to wish him. I strongly recommend this hotel to all my friends.
Restaurant Tip : The Food at the Chinese Restaurant was Good. It has lovely view.

IT IS ONE OF THE BEST CHOICE OF HOTELS IN SINGAPORE. THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONEY OF THE ROOM HAVE ALL THE ATTRACTIONS OF SINGAPORE THE MERLION, SINGAPORE FLYER, ESPLANADE THEATRE, ETC.

some grotty dressed guests..eg no shoes, feet on coffee table in reception This hotel has very genuine staff, nothing is a bother & it has the best laundry service we have ever had.The hotel is next door to the suntec shopping mall,which has a good selection of shops incl.chemists.A taxi fare to most places is $5.00sd.The aircon in the rooms is great,as some other hotels have the temp.set too low & it is unadjustable. this was our 2nd stay here.

Great view over pool.
Spacious room with modern design. A bit away from Orchard road. But it is within 15 minutes ride. The reason for choosing this hotel was that it offered special rate in that period. Despite the special price, the service and room comfort was fantastic. I can say the renovation was really successful. Hotel staff was kind and polite. When I claimed that my parking ticket did not work, the staff almost immediately reacted and refunded.
I was quite impressed. Would like to recommend this hotel to my friends.

Nice rooms, cool gadgets, gorgeous pool and good gym. Close to restaurants and shopping malls. Quick cab ride to Orchard road and Clarke and Boat Quays. We didn't eat in the hotel as the prices seemed unreasonably high, even for Singapore ($30 Singapore dollars per person for breakfast, for example). $9 Singapore dollars for 15 mins of internet access is excessive. Overall we really enjoyed the hotel and we would definitely stay there again. City Hall MRT is about a 5-10 min walk throught the shopping mall, and cabs were always available. The room was a reasonable size, the bed was cozy, and my husband loved all the electronic gadgets (electric blinds, ports for mp3 players, etc.). Staff were pleasant and courteous. The pool and gym area were very nice - complimentary cold water is a nice touch.
Restaurant Tip : There are several coffee shops in the City Link Mall, Millenium Walk, and Marina Square that serve breakfast if its not included in your room rate.

Glass window floor to ceilings in rooms, small extra charge for complimentary internet and access to club lounges, proximity to good shopping, swimming pool very good Although swimming pool good, the gym smelt dirty, and the changing rooms more so. The hotel is amazing but these small things seem so easy to fix. Old kind of outdoor shower arrangement. Upon arrival you could tell it was going to be good. There is a vast 30 floor triangular atrium, a little like the style of Burj Al Arab Dubai, and the check in was good. To eat there was a little expensive, hence why it was so quiet at night. I would stay again, but only because of the great price I got from Agoda. All othere agents were much more expensive.
Shopping Tip : Access to the shops and rail station via the hotel. Stay cooler that way.

Very good Indian Restaurant Good standard hotel.Unfortunately I have an allergy to feathers. Informed them via email,failed to comply even though reception were aware on arrival.Then coverings were reduced to blankets !! Not a non feather duvet,standard in European hotels.
Restaurant Tip : Indian Restaurant probably the best in Singapore

Location. Friendly and helpful staff - without exception. Proximity to shopping centers and restaurants. Easy access to MRT and the Esplanade. None that we can think of! We enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel very much. We were there for 5 days and the level of service was as good on the last day as it was on the first. In our experience, this is not always the case. Loved the proximity to great shopping, the fabulous Esplanade, the sea front and all the wonderful bars and restaurants. Wonderfully pleasant and efficient staff. Fabulous views from the room, always something to look at!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Neat little underground walkway through to the MRT at City Hall. Full of shops and restaurants and provided easy access to the great food outlets at Boat Quay and the Esplanade as well.

nice location, good service the restaurants are overpriced for the quality of food hotel has very nice decor, beautiful rooms, the service was nice too. very close to many shopping malls and restarants. also very close to concert hall and theater - a great opportunity to take advantage of many events that happen in singapore nowdays
