The view is great,especially face to Marina Bay..We can see beautiful fireworks nearly,The hotel connected to Marina shopping mall & suntec city so we can find anything there for shop & eat just a few minutes walk.

we couldnt get our requests for a specific room like: higher level, smoking room even there was still many empty room there when i was checked in.Then... we couldnt found a souvenirs store around the hotel for bringing home.

My new year was great , we just wait for fireworks on the balcony then we saw it very close from there.No need to find other place just to see it.very easy to see some nice view from this Hotel.

Shopping Tip : If you got nothing in the last minutes, you can reach it in the Marina shopping but u couldnt get singapore's souvenirs here.

The hotel is nice but our breakfast turns out chaotic, being sent to another place which didnt have enough choices. Expensive internet access

friendliness of staff... excellent professionals, but a little cold!

Excellent value for the money. Top level services, great location. Room spacious, clean and with lots of amenities... The fitness center is wondeful, maybe should plan more equipment. The location is great overlooking the pool. Food good, the breakfast buffet needs a little improvement. Common areas are fine! Staff is professional and ready, but should smile more.... and be more spontaneous.

The hotel is well situated, near metro & malls, well serviced, always taxi in front, the staff very kind and willing to give you information about the city. we had a room upgrade just for requesting an upper floor. Very good breakfast. great views from room and great elevator ride.

Location, location, location. Clean and modern, the type of service and amenities you expect from a hotel of this class.

Restaurants very expensive.

Despite arriving after an eighteen hours flight and after midnight my daughter and I were welcomed and grateful for the cool room with very comfortable beds and lovely bedding. The bathroom was stocked with all the toweling and accessories we needed to clean up before we collapsed into our beds. Four busy days of sightseeing were made easier by our cool oasis in the middle of Singapore, close and convenient to everything. The staff were always helpful and polite. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The zoo is outstanding even for those of us against caging animals. Go at feeding time to frolic with the lemurs and three foot wingspan bats.

Gorgeous hotel, with spacious, nicely designed rooms. The lobby, while not quite as classy as the Mandarin Oriental across the road, was quite impressive as well. A nice pool and outside terrace bar area. Not too expensive for what you get.

I'm really stretching to think of something actually negative--well, the newspaper didn't always arrive in the mornings.

A very classy, yet affordable, hotel. Felt less stuffy than some of its "classier" companion hotels nearby. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My wife and I felt like we got great value for the price we paid. Also, the rooms of the hotel have great views of the marina area, which is fairly pleasant to look at on all sides of the building. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for people looking for luxury on a quasi-budget.

Near to city and almost anywhere Friendly and efficient staff Rooms are always clean

During perk hours in the morning, we called for room service but the phone kept ringing and we had to call back again..

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We like the location and friendly staff. The rooms are always clean and room service menu are diverse and good. The hotel is just next to the suntec and marina square malls so going places are a bliss. We like the pool and fitness centre. The overall experience is splendid and we will definitely come back again.

Good access to many shopping malls.

If you are planning to use metro, nearest staion is a little bit far. It takes about 15-20min on foot.

From the airport, only 20min by taxi. Highway is very close from the hotel. There are many shopping malls, restaurants near the hotel. It was very convinient. All the hotel staff was very frinedly.

Near to plenty of shopping mall but quite a distance to the nearest MRT station.

The lobby bar charges for drinks, beverages and snacks is on the very high side compare to elsewhere.

My family spent our christmas vacation staying at this hotel hoping to indulge in a excitement experience.However we were disappointing to note that the hotel seems to be understaff and the decor of the interior seems dull even its Xmas season without much fanfare.Maybe its more of a business hotel than family orientated one.

Great Pool and Restaurants and near shopping Malls, Big Wheel, MTR & very nice comfortable room

Pan Pacific Singapore was very good value for money, very comfotable rooms, great pool & restaurants and in a very good position next to shopping mall with comfortable walk through the mall to MTR, near the Big Wheel and easy access to airport. We have stayed at many 4 & 5 star hotels all over the world & this is a good one with excellent service etc.,

Travel tip : Do not use Taxi's if you can help it as expensive. Best to walk into the shopping mall accross the road and use the MTR. Get a map also and walk where you can. Some fairly reasonable restaurants in Mall accross the road. Avoid normal tourist restaurants on Orchid road etc., as expensive. walk off the side streets etc.,

Our room did not have a bath tub, which would have been nice after a long day walking around Singapore.

Overall, The Pan Pacific Singapore is a great hotel. The rooms are nice and modern, very spacious and cozy! The hotel pool is just stunning! We used it in the evening, very pretty with great views. The hotel is in a great location. Connected to a shopping mall and very close to the City Hall MRT, only a ten minute walk.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : This hotel is located very close to Raffles hotel where you have to stop for a Singapore sling. There are many shopping malls within walking distance. The Singapore flyer is just across the road. Also, the Esplanade theatres on the bay, Clarke Quay (easily accessible via MRT) and Chinatown.

Good service and facilities. Fantastic view from balcony.

Need to have coffee maker and Dvd player.

The staffs at Pan Pacific Singapore (Marina) are really friendly. Services are excellent. I wish I can stay 1 more night or more to enjoy the facilities! Pool is clean and peaceful which make me feel total relaxing. I was sleeping by the pool for an hour! Steam bath is so clean and the settings are always right.

Reception staff made us at home immediately. Housekeeping was excellent. Shopping mall at close proximity was very convenient.

Taxis not available at certain times.

We arrived three hours before official checking in time. We had made a request for early check in. On arrival we were surprised to find that a room was available 3 hours before. It was very refreshing especially after a flight. At the reception the staff was very courteous and obliging. The rooms were excellent. The whole stay was very pleasant. If we have another opportunity to travel to Singapore, we will book the same hotel.

outstanding service, great rooms

Not my usual Orchard Road location, but it turned out to have its own shopping and restaurants right in the proximity of the hotel--so I thought location would be a "con" but it wasn't.

I was very impressed with the level of service at this property. The concierge briskly helped me store a bag the day before I checked in and when I did check in the receptionist at the "executive floor" desk beckoned me over to her area even though I was not staying on the executive floor. The room (standard) was extremely sumptuous and well-laid out. great TV, desk, lighting--the whole nine yards. The hotel is surrounded by its own shopping and restaurants so I did not bother hitting my usual Orchard Road spots.

Restaurant Tip : Paulaner Brauhaus is right around the corner and offers great beer and a good menu.
