friendly hotel in a great location
able to dine,shop etc when the weather is raining without getting wet.

This hotel is in a great location with easy access to Suntec City,Marina Plaza & the Millenium walk, which now has a new metro rail station.The staff are very helpful especially Jumaidi of the arrival staff & when needing a taxi service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close by is the Marina Bay Sands Casino Complex,with many attractions, & the view from the top is sensational.

I can certainly recommend this Hotel to anyone. The location is good as it is close to shopping and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpfull. Will definitely stay there again when in Singapore.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. The location was great very near the Singapore MRT and the Marina Bay attractions. The fact that it was near the MRT station and was in the Marina Bay area made it quite easy to get around.
Rooms were great. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice view from the room, spacious room

The hotel is big , with capsul lift , panoramic view to harbour, the room is clean , warmth, with automatic rolling curtain windows , free wifi, separate bath and shower, is ideal for couple . The location is great, in between shopping center and have a nice swimming pool.

Five Star hotel living up to its reputation

Located in midst of a shopping mall and a mrt station, this hotel offers all the necessary ammenities and accomodations a tourist would require. Walking distance to many of the hot destinations in Singapore and since there is a shopping mall connected to the hotel, you would get plenty of options for dining and shopping.

not the cheapest offer among the hotels in the area, with breakfast not included. however, if you're looking for promising service and clean tidy rooms, it's not a bad option considering the hotel is in the center of marina bay area. safe, easy, quick to everything...

Excellent service for a Singapore hotel

for a large chain hotel in singapore, the service is excellent. very friendly welcome, quick check in, very helpful service one agents. the complimentary internet access is a huge plus; we took maximum advantage of it in planning our trip around the city. it's really close to the promenade mrt station (around 3 minutes walk), which is also the nearest mrt station to the singapore flyer and marina bay sands.
housekeeping was the biggest disappointment as they barely cleaned up the room. dropped an email to the hotel about this and they responded positively within a couple of days. it's nice to know that your feedback is taken seriously.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
15-20 min walk to the Singapore Flyer, another 5-10 min to Marina Bay Sands
