Great value with comfy room

"pan pac!? you're staying at pan pac. omg, justin beiber stayed there two days agao..." this is the comments i got from my singaporean fds. not that i would care, but maybe it indicates the popularity... to some.
checkin/out service is very efficient. staffs at concierge desk have great locate knowledge and always have a big smile. the room is large, bed is very comfortable.
Travel tip:
Hotel is located close to CBD, 20mins drive from airport. It costs about $20 by taxi. By if you wanna experience the MTR system, take a ride to City Hall and walk about 10mins. That only costs you $2.

Nice and comfortable hotel to stay :)
the room was nice with nice view as I could see esplanade from my room balcony, the location wass also great.

love this hotel, because it makes me feel comfortable during the stay. i also got nice view where i could see beautiful views from my balcony room. the staffs was also quick in handling the check in and out. location was great and convenient. would stay in this hotel again next time
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel got direct access to the mall from their 3rd floorn where you could cross to marina square,suntec,etc.so you don't need to go outside first or cross the street.

Good service and clean rooms
Relatively good value, rooms clean and up-to-date, counter service was excellent

Check in time was 3pm, but a slight early check-in was available. Counter service was excellent on arrival and check-out, but the service there at night (different shift, I suppose)wasn't that great.
Room was clean, well equipped, good size.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to S'pore flyer on foot. Has a large mall apposite and connected to the hotel. A couple of other malls are within 5 mins walking. MRT station is about 10mins walk away. Marina Bay Sands is 15mins walk.

Great service
Large toilet, room & balcony with a great view

the room service is excellent & the food is great. the service at the reception is also good & they upgraded my room to panoramic city view (balcony) that overlooks the cbd skyscrapers. fantastic! the room itself is cosy with a largr king bed, with remote controlled curtain. worth your pick!

my friend and i had a great time at pan pacific singapore hotel. we get to enjoy complete privacy. the room is nice and neat. the swimming pool is huge - excellent for swimming.
the whole stay was memorable.

Once again, Pan Pacific does not disappoint.
Beautiful room with impeccable service!

stayed at pan pacific for the second time after the perfect first experience and rediscovered the top notch 5 star service offered by this hotel. swimming pool and housekeeping staff was especially commendable!
Shopping Tip:
Right next door to Marina Square which makes convenient for running errands or meals.

one of the cleanest and well appointed room i've stayed at for a long time. you don't have to go far for eating and drinking...plus the normal boring stuff (yuk) shopping. but would recommend this hotel anytime.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to the new Marina Bay and the casino.

we have just returned from our singapore trip and i just had to make this review for pan pacific hotel. we had a great stay and there was nothing i could find fault with the hotel.
check in was swift and easy and we got our request for a room with a king bed granted. the room was clean and spacious enough for an extra bed. we were very comfortable that we always ended up waking up after 10am. internet connection was fast and my kids didn't have to fight over the laptop. the other one could use the galaxy tab. i had an ipad that i could access my email with.
there was also a lounge on the 26th floor (which is where we stayed) that one could have some coffee or tea at. they also had cookies and there was a tv where you can watch bloomberg.
bottled water was given everyday and you could also have tea or coffee inside the room.
location was very good as it is connected to the marina square, suntec and millenia walk and within easy distance to esplanade and the shops at raffles hotel. orchard is around 30minutes walk. we ate at an excellent chicken place at seah st. called sin swee kee and i highly recommend it as the food is excellent but inexpensive. if you don't care to walk so far, there's a food republic at suntec and the following are recommended: sargeant chicken rice, fortunate restaurant (their dimsum selections are very, very good) and there's also a korean place and a toastbox.
hotel staff was very accommodating. i have to mention katrina and anna, two lovely ladies who were only too willing to help us.
