Great rooms, good location
This Hotel was so convenient for us - not too far from airport but close to good shopping centre

We really thought the room was fantastic for the price - very clean & contemporary with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The deocr in the lobby left a bit to be desired - rather cold & clinical but as we spent all of our time either in the pool, shopping or eating out this was not a problem.
Restaurant Tip:
A few minutes walk away there is the most amazing food hall with a rich variety of food outlets. We loved it so much we ate every meal there! The japanese sushi was outstanding, as were the local stalls.

the pan pacific is yet another five star hotel with immaculate standards of service and cleanliness but it's also easily forgettable. everything is a high standard, the rooms are reasonably big, the staff are uniformly trained to be polite and helpful and even the lift cleaner was delightfully friendly. so yes it was good, but it needs a heart.
Shopping Tip:
One of the better shopping malls is right next door, buy your breakfast in there to save your self about $40 a day!

I stayed two nights and was able to have a well needed rest in a quiet, clean and well appointed room. Staff were very efficient and helpful and I enjoyed being able to access good fast broadband free of charge.

Loved the bathroom, beautiful view from room.
Easy to walk to shops and restaurants in adjacent mall.

Rooms are clean and fresh, comfy bed linen and feather pillows.
Shopping Tip:
You're close to all the action and there's no need to walk above ground as the shopping malls are linked through the SMRT.

We were quite happy with the overall experience staying in Pan Pacific.
The staff around the hotel was quite friendly and there were smiles throughout our stay there. Checking out was also a pleasant experience as one of the staff came over and brought me to another counter so I did not have to wait as the other guest in front of me seemed to be taking some time.
Would definitely consider coming back here again.

Stay at PanPac often when in Singapore on business. Very good option. Comfortable rooms, very functional Wish the elevators were faster - very long waits ...
Restaurant Tip:
Two great vegetarian options in Singapore: Real Food (The Central near Clarke Quay) and Original Sin (Holland Village).
