Good location good rate for Singapore

The hotel was suitable for a couple of days stay. Being so big -over 700 rooms -it lacks any personal service and it just like any standard 4 or 5 star hotel anywhere in the world. However the location is good and the staff were friendly enough and service was good as was the breakfast. I wouldn't rave about it but it was ok

Receptionist give all the wrong information,, I've paid with Agoda for 2 night and she asked me to collect my money for the room deposit and she told me I will get it back when I check out,,, she told me where we can have our breakfast and the morning after when we heading to the restaurant they said our room price not include breakfast that was make my husband really angry,,, when we check out I got the bill and she said I only pay balance for the mini bar so I ask for the rest back she said No this is for my one night extra (I made 2 reservation with Agoda because first I plan to stay only one night so we extend and got 2 reservation) so I have to print all my receipt and show her that I pay it all which is waste of my time,, check in take us about an hour even no another customers there this is not a first impressive other than that room was great big enough,, close to shopping location,, easy to get the MRT,, free internet wi-fi,, we plan to back there again in Sep :) btw the price I paid should include ABF xxx

Excellent location. Couldn't ask for anything better. The Flyer and Marina Bay Sands is walkable distance.Friendly staff and excellent service.

staying at the higher levels of the hotel gave us a wonderful view of the flyer and marina bay during the day and night.
it's a great and quiet hotel for couples to enjoy a restful and relaxing weekend away from the crowds.

Outstanding Service from arrival to departure.
A beautifully decorated hotel conveniently linked to the air conditioned shopping precinct. A lovely pool area perfect to hang out on hot days. The hotel is an example of a hotel that has developed it's own culture, something that only happens with years of experience.

Full marks to Gayneil at reception, what an outstanding member of staff. Our room was just spot on. This hotel just seems to get better with age a rarity I think.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Seek clarification when checking out what security deposit amount will drawn on your credit card in the event your card is max out from having fun. You don't want surprises.

From check in to check out we had a lovely stay at Pan Pacific. Before we even made any request we were upgraded to a room with a fantastic view of the Marina Bay Sands at night time and nothing was any problem to both concierge and reception - service better than anything we have experienced. We were very happy to stay there and sorry it was only one evening!
Shopping Tip:
Marina Bay Sands shopping complex was worth the visit even if you are not up for spending on expensive brands.

Great experience at the Pan Pac

The room we had was spacious and the facilities wowed us. Guest relations offered us a complimentary cake to celebrate our honeymoon stay. Cleanliness and space was top notch and the work space was fabulous.
The view was not amazing since the horizontal pillars outside covered part of the view but we were able to catch the view of suntec city and the hotels opposite us.
Shopping Tip:
Suntec mall, city link, marina square, and millennia walk. Tons of shopping!!
