Great hotel!

I have been to this hotel 3 times and each time has been fantastic. The breakfast buffet is super, the room views of the city are amazing, and the staff service is superb.

stayed here for 3 day stop-over en route to london. very friendly, helpful staff. nice room with great view and balcony with lounger.
extensive breakfast selection but not 5* quality.
very close to several good malls and quite central.
great spa and nice swimming pool.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very close to Grand Prix circuit, Singaore Flyer and Concert Hall

we truely enjoyed our stay. we arrived in the morning and we were not only allowed early check-in (at around 9.30am) but also received an upgrade to balcony room. the internet was super fast, the room was very spacious and nice. pity we did not have time to use the pool, but it looked really clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. the location is just perfect - very close to shopping malls, tourist attractions,etc.
Shopping Tip:
Marina Square mall is practicaly attached to the hotel and the Suntec city mall is next door. Great location. Try the 48 hours city tour package with tickets for the Flyer and Night Safari

Great hotel, great location, courteous staff.
Very pleasant experience, impressive and beautiful interior, nice live music in bar near the lobby, great bed.

I recently visit Singapore 2 times and this hotel was my first option. Excellent location for first time visitors, walking distance from marina square and the merlion. The is a shopping mall just across the street that mall that can be accessed from the hotel, breakfast is great.
I recommend this hotel over other options, they understand the excellent service makes the difference.
Staff is very courteous, my wife was arriving from the airport late at night and did not have cash to pay the taxi, the personal in the entrance of the hotel took care of the payment, they welcome my wife took care of the baggage and then put the expense into my room charges, really convenient, thanks.
My room did not have a great view, but honestly, I preferred to enjoy the room and enjoy the Singapore landscape by going out from the hotel.
I did not use the gym, but it looks great.
Didn't use the pool but it look great, there is a garden and a big fish pond in the entrance of a japanese restaurant in the 4 floor of this hotel. You can enjoy the view of the Marina Sands from this point. By the way I visited and is more impressive from outside than in the inside.
I will definitely stay again in the Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel.
Travel tip:
Better value booking with breakfast included.
Shopping mall just across the street that mall that can be accessed from the hotel
Nice bar with live music near the lobby.

Big Hotel where they think of everything
Staff are superb and could not be more helpful

I was concerned about staying in a 'business hotel' but for a leisure weekend. I shouldn't have worried as it was great. The hotel is really large. Rooms were pretty good too.
Nightlife Tip:
Only a few MRT stops from Clarke Quay and this is a really buzzy place to be - loads of things going on - something for everyone.

If you don't like shopping there is very little to do in or around the hotel. But then that can be said of all Singapore

nothing negative to contribute. within walking distance of most attractions, as well as the mrt. great pool area, stunning glass lifts inside and outside building. given early check-in at no extra charge. seems to be oriented to japanese and businesss travellers. larger rooms than average for singapore hotels. spacious balcony (mysteriously without furniture making this area less usable.

Not the best experience
View was good but nothing compared to the other hotels in the vicinity.

As for the room, I expected a more impressive bed. The bed looked n felt like those from 3 star hotels.
