very convenient and shopping only minutes of walking distance

room and location of the hotel is great. pricing consider cheap in singapore. shopping mall is just walking distance and MRT just next to it. very slow when checking-in.. waited for more than 15minutes to reach my turn in the queue of less than 5 persons in front of me. DO NOT and i repeat, DO NOT EVER order room service! the food is the most 'yuckie' i ever eaten at any 5 stars hotels! ordered a steak on my first day and it was terrible, thought of giving them chance by ordering asian food the next day, turn out to be the local 'nasi lemak' is even worst than the western food a day earlier.. really dissapointed.
will definately stay again at this hotel, but will avoid any room service for sure.

My wife and I stayed at the Pan Pacific Marina Squarefor two nights. On arrival we were checked in promptly and proffesionally. Our room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The concierge was very helpful and referred us to a dim sum restaurant which was among the best we have ever tried. Overall whilst not extraordinary, a very pleasant 5 star hotel experience.
Restaurant Tip:
Have dim sum at "Yum Cha Restaurant" in Chinatown. Brilliant food but get in early or face the queue.

the room was spacious and had lots of stuff built in for convenience.
the reception was also very good and the staff made me feel very welcome. although, there were so many things asked from the guests like the passport when the ic was already given, and they wanted the info for the 2nd guest when the particulars for the 1st guest was already given.
the best part was the view from the balcony..the best!

The room was clean and sophisticated with motorized window shades, central controls for lights, super bedding, great shower and full tub. The buffet breakfast offered excellent food, but if you are a light eater, far too expensive unless you need the convenience on transit.

All in all a superb hotel to stay in Singapore. Located well within walking distance of the Singapore Flyer and new Marina Bay Sands precinct, the hotel has efficient staff manning all functions of the hotel. From the two hostesses greeting you on arrival to the concierge who might find a cab for your trip back to the airport, I found the staff to be well trained, courteous and efficient.

Fantastic Hotel with Great Room and Great Service
Big clean room. The balcony is great, especially for smokers.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful the moment I reach their doorstep until I climbed into the taxi headed for the airport 3 days later. The room is big, clean, tastefully designed and comes with its own balcony.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is surrounded by shopping. For a short bus or taxi ride, one can even find designer labels such as Chanel and Hermes at the Marina Bay Sands. If you feel lucky, you can even try your luck at the casino in between shopping spree.

Upon entering the hotel, ambiance is wonderful and the front line service staff are really efficient and helpful. Check-in procedure was slightly complicated due to the fact that I was almost charged again for the room.
Facilities are nice and sufficient and the overall layout and design of the hotel is wonderful with very little confusion as to where to proceed and how to get to the room.
The rooms are really spacious and well furnished and the toilets are really clean and large too. Everything that you will possibly need is provided and the call centre there is really helpful and efficient.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Choose the rooms with the harbour view as they have an attached balcony and the view is really very nice.
