Spacious room but there's room for improvement

It was quite a nice place with a great location except for some minor issues like the food at the brunch, the queue for the morning breakfast at the global kitchen and the services rendered when calling up for the housekeeping during evening time which they did not turn up for it. Other than that, I'm quite satisfied with the programs that they have organized during Christmas eve and I'm quite impressed that the remarks that I have written to Pan Pacific before my stay was taken note of during my stay.

Stayed at this hotel for christmas eve. There was a count down party at the lobby which was quite lively. This hotel is very near to the marina square shopping centre and suntect city. There are also many restaurant near by for food. However, the view from the room is not really great due to the construction around the hotel area.

A nice hotel to stay. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. When I encounter some problem, they send someone up to my room to help me in a short time. The room are clean and tidy, bed is comfortable as well. Nice viewing through the balcony, I took many pictures. A relax and affordable hotel to stay.

A really nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms are a good size and facilities in the rooms are good. Attention to detail exceptional: towels changes 3 times a day when we were there.good selection of english speaking TV channels. But all things considered it was an enjoyable stay in a nice hotel in a fairly good location.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Make sure you have the breakfast it's worth it!!

Great view, great service, great location.
Nice sized room with one of the best views in Singapore. Good breakfast spread.

another pleasant surprise. had stayed in most of the major hotels in marina bay area over past 12 years but never the pan pacific. staff were warm on arrival, albeit they had some problem finding the reservation. the room was great with a very comfortable bed and the view was great. the location is perfect, with a minimal walk to suntec and the train stations that get you through most of singapore. the breakfast spread was very nice.
Restaurant Tip:
The Indian place in the hotel, Rang Mahal, is one of the best in Singapore. Very modern style indian food.
