Wonderful Stay at he Pan Pacific Hotel Guest Rating: 5.0

Overall the Pan Pacific is a great hotel with top class rooms, facilities and amneties, the hotel staff were outstanding and really did make an effort to fulfill my needs during my very short stay, the location of the hotel is also outstanding as it is where you really want to be and saves on unnecessary commuting time especially during Singapore's rush hour, shopping around the hotel was also excellant which made the stay at the hotel very handy when I was on such a tight schedule. I would highly recommend this to hotel to any business of family travellers.

The hotel is situated very close to food, sight see-ing and shopping attraction and it is also right in the middle of the F1 track which is really a sight by itself.

Really not anything bad about the hotel except that the balcony in the deluxe rooms do not have and tables or seats which is really a waste of views that you get.

Almost all staff are kind, newest system, very clean, and two wash stands. Warm water is not quick, and the view is nto so good. Club sandwich smells a little of pork.

We stayed here for six nights and while overall the service was great and the location and cleanliness of the hotel would make me want to stay again there were some downers to it. We would have eaten at the reasonably priced in house eateries (brunch bar, japanese, italian etc.) if the drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast was only around $10S but then a glass of coke was another $8! Also i would have expected some free internet time to come with each night's stay, 25c/min before tax is a bit rich. Lastly the persistent mini bar guy that visits at 9-10am should come much later we had to put up DND signs the night before to enjoy a half decent sleep in the next morning. But overall was a very pleasant stay and I may well stay here again next time i am in town.

We only stayed one night at the Pan Pacific Hotel but it is a good place to stay in Singapore. The lobby is very impressive with the elevators come up and down on many levels. The deluxe room is modern and comfortable and the view is impressive because the room window is wide. The breakfast is amazing.

This was a great hotel. It had a very nice lobby, and the lounge had a singer and piano player. The rooms were very well done up, what I'd expect of a five star. Even the glass walled elevators were very nice. The hotel is located right next to a major shopping mall so that was also convenient. I did find the price a tad high for this level in this country though. The service was also quite nice. Didn't eat at the hotel as it was too expensive.

Everything was 5 star. Lobby, live musicians, rooms, even the glass elevator.

It is good to stay there, because the service is excellent, friendly, close to mall, eating places and shopping but definitely not eating in Pan Pacific restaurant.

Service, gym, friendliness.

Charged 24% GST and 10% tax, it is very ridiculous.

My first recommendation is if you are non-smoker, don't get a room with balcony that costs you hkd 400 additional with a disappointed experience. Then, having dinner in the top floor will be a great experience but you need to book a table beforehand. The Chinese restaurant won't reserve any tables for hotel guests. Last but not least, overall experience is good but still have room for further improvement.

Good location that allow you to enjoy food and shopping elsewhere. Clean room and enough facilities. And i still enjoy the smiling face from the receptionist which gave you a very warm welcome!

I have selected the deluxe balcony which i expect table and chairs there. So that you can enjoy the outdoor view, have a cold drink, etc. However, i had a balcony without any table/chairs/plants and with no decoration which is differently unmatch with the new decoration inside.

We found the staff at the Pan Pacific very professional and helpful; we were treated very well! The pool is lovely, and again the staff were terrific. Cabs can be difficult to get at night, but the Pan Pacific staff took us to a nearby location by one of their cars so we didn't have to wait for a cab - that's service! I'd recommend the hotel!
