Unable to fault our stay at the Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel. The only failure was that they did not deliver the nominated daily newspaper to our room. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience, and one I would happily repeat.

The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are very comfortable. The lobby is spacious and classy and has a very nice lounge. It is a non-smoking hotel.
The hotel is near to downtown central business district and sits in the middle of the Marina Square shopping mall, you can access the huge shopping mall from the second floor.
There are very good restaurants in the hotel and you can find several more restaurants in the shopping mall.

Stay was overall good. Service was good and rooms were comfortable and clean, but restaurants in the hotel were pricey. The negatives of the hotel were the slow in room wifi service and the poor connectivity of the tv stations.

This is a worldclass hotel with beautiful rooms and wonderful staff. The facilities were fantastic and the grounds surrounding the hotel were lovely. Great, comfortable beds and the layout of the hotel means you are never looking at other hotel doors when you enter or exit your own room. Great access to a fantastic shopping centre is another plus.
