Room with balcony, location
Pan Pacific Singapore is reasonably good value for money, and well located close to shops and MRT. The rooms are clean and slightly above average spacious. Balcony rooms give an increased sense of spaciousness.
Travel tip : Walk to MRT from 2nd floor (i.e. avoiding going via roadway and quicker). Pass our of door next to tailor's shop ... walk past Muji and then downstairs... then follow signs to City Hall MRT

All the staffs at Pan Pacific Marina Square were very attentive and helpful.
It would be nice if there are clear signages of directions to Suntec as it was rather confusing when I walked out the door on 2F. Also, there was a queue at the Check-out counters where the other counters were actually available to help.
Generally speaking, it was a great experience. The room I stayed at was overlooking a magnificent city view. I was very impressed with the VGA, Internet cable wire, S-video wire, etc. available in the room which make business travellers a lot easier when it comes to searching for the right cords to plug our various gadgets. The amenities were very well-facilitated meeting most of our needs. There were 2 sinks at the bathroom which I found it not necessary since there were not much room left for my cosmetics & space to place the mirror. There was a housekeeping attendant came into my room without checking if I was in and it was rather embarrassing as I did not dress-up properly. All in all, I would still recommend the hotel and would visit again during my next visit to Singapore.

Great ample basement car-parking; friendly staff; Great views from the rooms, especially those with balconies; rooms themselves quite stylish great location, with skybridge access to Suntec
No breakfast included with agoda package; bubble lifts disastrously slow and inconvenient; current roadworks nearby
This is more of a business hotel, and especially convenient if Sunec expo centre or the offices in the area is where you need to be. Spouses can shop from three malls in the area though they're probably not the creme de la creme of Singapore. Hotel itself is stylish and refined, with the rooms' workstation(S$5 for an hour broadband) and bedding among the highlights
Restaurant Tip : Breakfast alternative, go to food court in Millenia Walk, access from 2nd flr rooftop. Opens early, coffee's good

Great internet connection and easy to set up.
Good quality of accommodation: comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, multi channel TV and large closet space.
The food at the hotel was delicious with an impressive range
The service level could be better
On the whole I really enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific. I went there on a business trip and found that it was the perfect choice in terms of location. Firstly most of my conference was conducted at Suntec and the hotel is situated right next to Suntec with a connecting bridge from the hotel. Walking to Suntec every morning was very pleasant. Secondly the hotel is close to some excellent restaurants and shopping malls. I recommend that first time traveler should visit No Signboard Seafood at River Valley.
The quality of the accommodation cannot be faltered at all. Excellent internet connection, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom and large closet space. The TV of the room was of a good size with many international channels. The maid also cleaned the room very well each day. Other facility of the hotel that I was impress by are the gym and the hotel restaurant. The gym is clean with modern equipments. The breakfast buffet was delicious with an impressive range.
My only negative for the hotel is the service level. Unfortunately we encountered a bit of a problem with our room. When we explained it to the front desk he was quite rude and took a long time to resolve the issue. At five star hotels I think the staff should be more proactive and be more responsive to clients. Luckily we met an excellent front office staff later who solved the problem with a very professional and excellent manner. Finally I think the level of communication between the staff could improve. We were disappointed to learn that our problem was not acknowledged at the front desk when the staff assured us he will inform the problem straightaway.
Anyway I can say that the Pan Pacific did perform up to its reputation and I would choose to stay here again.
Restaurant Tip : No Signboard Seafood

Good location and facilities. Staff firendly and helpful. Rooms well appointed.
Our staff at the Pan Pacific hotel was excellent and would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to fellow travellers. We were upgraded to a balcony Deluxe room which had great views over the city. On the day of checkoout we had circa 8 hours to spare after the check out time. A room was made available to freshen up after a hard day at the pool later in the afternoon before departure.
Overall a thoroughly pleasant stay.

Location, room size, swimming pool, food menu.
No free internet.
But actually everything was very good.
The hotel is located at the Marina Square which is very convenient because it is surrounded by shops and malls. Also, there is the concert hall nearby and a very nice restaurants and coffees area near the river, less that 5 minutes away.
This is surely one of the best hotels in the world: service, location, commodities, food, Etc.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Please don't miss the Singapore Zoo. It is really spectacular.

The hotel is located within the Marina shopping strip. You can find almost everything within the distance of 15 min from the hotel. Plenty of branded goods shops. You will find the cheapest rolex watch and other fashionable cloths. Eating is another advantage here. Within the vicinity, there are four food courts and numerously restaurants serving local and international cuisines.

a nice clean hotel , with direct access to a large shopping Mall - Marina Square.
Too far to an MRT , not many eating places close by after 9pm.Pan Pacific is the last drop off point if on the Night Safari tour & therefore takes a long time to get back to the hotel after the tour.Beds not made up at night.
A very nice hotel with nice rooms ; the room we got(1001) had a lovely bathroom with a double head shower. The rooms were well serviced with all amenities & we appreciated the regular supply of complementary bottled water. The staff was helpful. The in-room dining was excellent & was very quick. If eating out the problem would be that most restaurants close to the hotel are closed by about 9pm. This location is not as good or as convenient as Orchard Road for shopping.
Hotel Feature Tip : Try in-room dining atleast once - you will be pleasently surprised of the service.

Location - Right next to Suntec City were I was competing in the Singapore Millenium 2009 International Open Dancesport Championship
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel while competing in the Singapore Millenium International Open Dancesport Championship. The location is perfect since you can just pass through the walkway that connects the hotel to Suntec City. The hotels facilities are good also. As good as any hotel I have used.

Nice room
Good facilities
Great location
Staff were not that friendly on checkout
Not that close to MRT
We stayed at the Panpacific for 10 nights. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The rooms were nice and clean and the facilities were excellent. The location is also very handy as it is connected to marina bay shopping centre. The only negatives were that it isnt that close (around 10min walk) to the MRT so taxiing around is usually easier and I found when checking out at the desk the staff wasnt that friendly in asking how was your stay or we would like to see you again etc. They were more focused on signing you out and moving on. Maybe they were just busy. Overall a very good stay.
Hotel Feature Tip : Request a higher room as it is more quiet and romantic

Very near the Convention Center, Very clean hotel and superb service
We could not have been more strategically located as we were right across the convention Center where we were attending a Conference. The Hotel and its rooms were very clean. We felt very safe in Pan Pacific as one cannot access the elevator if one does not key in to get to their room. I am definitely recommending this hotel to my friends!

close to shopping area,
close to Singapore Flyer,
clean and spacious rooms
long walk to MRT (public transportation),
expensive breakfast rates
Enjoying a 3 day stay in Singapore, I stayed with my family in Pan Pacific Singapore. There was a warm welcome and my request for adjoining rooms was no problem at all. The rooms (deluxe-type) were modern and spacious with everything required.
The view was great and we had a great time. Service at the pool was excellent and the breakfast was including everything we needed. Overall good value for money, even if it is a bit on the expensive side.
Restaurant Tip : Some great food on the way to City Hall MRT

Great position, very grand, excellent service
A bit expensive however is good value for money
We stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel. It would be hard to pick a better place to stay and is our pick of the hotels we have stayed at in Singapore. It is in a fantastic position close to all the large shopping centres and Raffels Hotel. It is a bit of a walk to Orchard Ave - but not too far. We loved the foyer and the trendy lifts and spent quite a bit of time at the foyer bar. The pool was lovely and clean and came with good views of the city.
Shopping Tip : From the hotel there are 3 overpasses to major shopping centres.

The service, the pool, the location
the band playing in the bar was a bit too mellow
As I pulled up to the main entrance of the hotel, I was kindly greeted by the doorman. At the check in desk, I was also treated with polite courtesy. All the staff in the hotel greeted me as well. At the pool, complimentary bottled water and fruit are offered. The pool is large and the very well kept. The lounge chairs are very comfortable. I go to Singapore every six months and stay at the Pan Pacific because it is so nice. As a woman traveling alone, it's very comfortable to have dinner and breakfast in the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms have a full tub and shower. Always a pleasant stay.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is attached to a very nice nail spa.
