- Restaurant Tip : There is a great food court next to the Eunos MRT that has a wide screen TV and good food if you look for that A class establishments. Good food, great atmosphere and you are able to watch the latest sporting events like a local.

Our room was nice and big with a balcony (on two sides), and a nice sunrise view. But a bit of refurbishment was clearly overdue. It wasn't dirty or anything, just really worn, and with a bit of a cellar like smell hanging in the old carpets. It was okay for our one night stopover, but nothing more than that.

If hotel can have free shuttle to and from airport, that will be more convenient to customers.

If you want a good safe overnight stay, this is the hotel. If you're expecting comfort, and can get past the 60's tired hotel look, you're fine. Meals are across the street as is great shopping.
- Shopping Tip : Ample eating and shopping across the street. Good safe walking area, great location to the airport, and a comfortable bed.

The bars in the basement area as you walk out of the hotel have many girls who try their best to tempt you in for a drink - but always with a smile !!
- Travel tip : Try the internet cafe across the road at $1 per HOUR !!
Take a taxi from the roadside at the rear of the hotel and avoid paying the $2.50 booking fee if ordered from the hotel desk.
Surprisingly appealing neighborhood.

Good choices for dinner very close. Shops varied from pet stores to the usual and were very near.
- Travel tip : We avoid hotel restaurants when possible and left too early to experience breakfast so my rating regarding dining was required by the review, but not based on experience.
