Great Location

I was there for a business trip. Room is small but enough for those who just need a room to rest. Soundproof is bad. I can hear people open and close their door. The sound is really noisy and annoying.

It was nice that they put me up on the 21st floor with a good view of the streets. For the price we pay, it is a really good value-for-money hotel. However it is very old and you can see this in the design of the areas everywhere. Many things in the room looks very dated and old and some mountings are already dropping off.

As mentioned in other reviews, the rooms are very small. Mine overlooked a block of flats opposite so I had to keep the curtain closed most of the time. Noisy air con. Staff are good.
Although there are many restaurants around the hotel, none was open for even a light western breakfast (coffee and pastries) which was disappointing, although good for evening meals.
The hotel charges for wifi, which is a practice I object to, and will therefore not stay there again.

Overall stay is excellent. The staffs are very polite, clean rooms and with budget pricing. They have their own car park therefore there are complimentary parking. The only bad thing is the area is slightly a bit far away from MRT stations.

this hotel is located close to transport links and only a few minutes away from the main shopping area. the staff are very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

It was an excellent stay. I have wandered around Singapore trying every budget hotel and compare each one of them, and this hotel is one of the most satisfactory budget hotel that i have ever stayed at. the location of the hotel is in a quite neighborhood, since it is located on the second road of a main busy road. there's no traffic at all but connected with a walking alley to every good places in little india, the hotel just besides lasalle college of art, and a walking distance to bugis junction and good mall such as OG in albert street. although it is secluded it is not hard to get public transportation.

Check in was fast and we met a Filipina (Grace). they were accommodating that they allowed to leave our 2 luggages when we went to Johor Bahru. we came back 2 days after. centrally located near Bugis..
