Great location but small room
Location, location, location

Fantasic location close to all the action of Bugis St,and Little India. Stayed one night during transit to a cruise and found because of the location I was able to see a lot of the area in one day.
Price great and would definitely stay there again.
Staff friendly and efficient.

The room is quite small for two persons, need more space to put our stuffs on the floor. but it is clean.. The staffs at the information desk and concierge were so warm. Not a very strategic place actually, not so far from MRT though.. Breakfast is not included in the package.

The hotel is nice, and its very well located, is a good deal for the cost specially on Singapore's hotel prices, the service staff was a slow, had to call reception more than 3 times for any request.

I took the family room, but the room & the bath room were very small. The important things is Luggage Services.. so we can took the city tour without worry about check out time
Shopping Tip:
Its only 10 mnt walk to Bugis Junction & easy to get some food

The hotel is located within 10 mins walk to Sim Lim Square and Bugis. Very convenient.
Counter staff are very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are neat and nice, though a bit small. Travellers with large luggage may have problem storing their luggage.
The mattress is rather firm (I prefer softer mattress).

clean new hotel at good location. we were lucky to get a free up grade to the executive room. an indian lady came down shortly after the check and complain how small was the size of the room and no bath tub. my frend whom stayed at the superior said that he room is very very small. agoda's last minute discount rate was great! got a 50 % discount.
