The hotel is located within 10 mins walk to Sim Lim Square and Bugis. Very convenient.
Counter staff are very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are neat and nice, though a bit small. Travellers with large luggage may have problem storing their luggage.
The mattress is rather firm (I prefer softer mattress).

clean new hotel at good location. we were lucky to get a free up grade to the executive room. an indian lady came down shortly after the check and complain how small was the size of the room and no bath tub. my frend whom stayed at the superior said that he room is very very small. agoda's last minute discount rate was great! got a 50 % discount.

Hotel is new, rooms are small but clean. Well located, a stone throw away from Sim Lim Square and a short walk to Bugis Junction. Surrounded by food places.
Hotel staff a china male and a philippino lady wasnt at all friendly or helpful, no initiative, no smile nothing, no greetings.
Shopping Tip:
Near to Bugis Street where theres plenty of food & shopping available.

Clean Hotel, a bit small room but nice..

the room is clean and neat, eventhough it is small room.
the staff is nice and helpfull.
the location is great, we can walk to bugis junction, mustafa,and
lot of restaurants around the hotel.
we went to universal studio by taxy which only cost us sgd.
we also went to lego land (johor, malaysia) by bus which near to the hotel.
a bit annoying at the first glance when the staff put us in a deluxe room (smaller) based on agoda's data. lucky i had my print out which stated that the booked room is executive (larger one).
we need to drive in circle for third time to find the lobby (need to put a better hotel sign around the street).
in overall, we had great times. the kids love it.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are with family, choose Executive Room with a larger size, or you may need to book 2 rooms with connecting door.
The 4th floor is connected to the swimming pool. Nice view.. ;)

Good location but noisy corridor

overall the hotel was good, clean and receptionists were helpful upon arrival. location was not too bad, minutes to bus stop and eatieries and the bugis malls. the only disadvantage was that the corridor was noisy of people slamming doors, loud people talking and the housekeeper was really loud cleaning other rooms. tried to tell the receptionists but nothing happened.

its so nice hotel with cool facilities such as pool and gym,
cool view from bed room (i was in 10th floor),
10 minutes walks from little india mrt station.
but wifi and breakfast and wifi is charged.
hour and with breakfast.
there's a foodcourt near the hotel.

As i have to be travelling to Singapore almost every week, so finding a comfortable, good location and value for money hotel would be a challenge. But the first hotel i would check out first would be this one as it offers me all the criteria i need, provided i could get the "flash deal" which is 50% less than the normal low rate. A so called 4-star hotel offering more like 3.5 star hotel facilities, room is good for up to 2 persons, the only con is wifi is charged at S$10/ day - but since im a super regular, i can get it for free. Do not try the breakfast though (it is charged at S$15/day for combo breakfast + wifi) - though it is merely at S$5.

Great location but small rooms.

I booked this hotel because of no choice as we book on the same day. The hotel location is very near from Bugis and Little India also. You only need 5 minute walk to go the MRT I have mentioned. The hotel got a nice swimming pool and a little gym. The service staff was a slow. Parc Sovereign Hotel doesn't look like a 4 stars hotel.
