Good location but small room

small room, however excellent service. staffs are very friendly and helpful. five minutes walk to food place. 10minutes walk to train station. ten minutes walk minutes to bugis street. however, the hotel has a very strong smell. and the the hotel to the buildings next to it is near.

Restaurant Tip:
Near by there is this steamboat restaurant (mala huo guo) with fresh seafood, (prawns,crabs,fish)
is Ala cart buffe around $25 per person....

Lovely hotel but with small room

Saw the pictures of agoda, and thought to myself that it was a 4star hotel and it would not be too bad, but when i entered the room, it looks like hotel 81 with wall paper thats all.

the hotel is nice, clean, and the staff tried to be helpful but they are not knowledgable on tours, the area, etc. the hotel charges for wifi which i think is ridiculous in this day and age where wifi is available and free.
the hotel pumps a horrible flowery odor into its ventilation system which is impossible to escape. if you are allergic or suffer from migraines, or are very sensitive to odors, skip this hotel.
the halls are noisy because it's all hard surface and the noise echos and travels up and down the hall.
the fitness center is a very small glass enclosed closet on the pool deck. don't expect much.
Travel tip:
Bring ear plugs. Hit the street vendors for good andcheap food. The pool gets limited sun.

Lovely hotel clean and tidy

Checked into the hotel at about 11pm after work, had an efficient check in and was given a room within 10 minutes. Room was tidy and clean, though abit small, it was sufficient for 2 person to sleep through the night. The TV and Toilets were reasonable for the size of the room, very very clean hotel and that was plus point for me. Even though the hotel is small, it has a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.

Reception was warm and cordial. Disappointed that Wi-Fi was not included in the room rate.
Shopping Tip:
Nearby "Little India", good for shopping.
