Expensive for what you get, not happy

This hotel was not cheap in the first place and became a lot more expensive when I realized that the breakfast and internet were not included. breakfast was not anything special. The internet cost a day!! what a joke, a 4star hotel should have internet included.

The Park Regis hotel is right across the street from a big metro station as well as Clarke Quay, a restaurant and nightlife area, which seemed to be a mix of tourists and locals. The hotel itself was very clean, its staff very helpful. The pool offered a welcome break from the heat of Singapore especially in September.

overall, it was a pleasant stay.
rooms were small but provides a cozy charm to it, close to clarke quay and mrt. staff was extremely helpful, particularly the concierge service.
only downside was the bathroom were a bit small (hard to hang clothes) and morning buffet was okay.
would definitely stay here again.
Nightlife Tip:
walking distance to/from clarke quay, home to brewwerks, hooters, the pump room. short journey to mbs & sentosa resort by mrt.

Very nice rooms and good features. Modern with good design. Very good hotel-choice for business travelers. Efficient staff. No free internet is a minus though.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel, the first was earlier this year. This time however, we were pleasantly surprised to be informed when we checked-in that we have received an upgrade in room type. The staff were also most helpful when I required their assistance to attend to a matter. In short, this hotel seem to have got things right - they have good 'hardware' and good 'software' and hope they keep things up and further improve themselves.

The rooms are 'snug' but there is enough space for two. The rooms are very clean and modern, they do not have wirless in the room but do have wired connection (which you pay for)

Great price, great location and grat service

Our stay in this hotel was pleasant and was beyond our expectation for price we paid. Location was great as just opposite the MRT. Hotel room was relative small definitely enough for a couple. Service was great, quick response to guests' request without any questions asked. Will be my choice again in singapore !

Overall the stay is nice although the room is a bit small and I'm not so used to the open concept of the toilet and bathroom area. The staff are polite and helpful.
Will definitely recommend this hotel.
