Modern hotel. Good location.
located near subway. Easy to travel. Clean room.

overall, i enjoy staying at park regis singapore. though the hotel is not very big, the atmosphere is good. i stayed at merchant queen room. the room is not that spacious but i love how it was decorated and designed.
also, the hotel is located near the subway which makes it easy to travel within singapore.
5 minutes walk to quark qlay where you can enjot night life and good food there. i recommend "jumbo". fresh & delicious seafood.

This is a good hotel, staff are nice, rooms are clean.
The best thing is the location, you can go to the MRT station within 3 minutes.
However, there are no Free WIFI service at room and no free WIFI service at the lobby.

Great service and value for money but small rooms
Good housekeeping, restaurant food was great, staffs are courteous and friendly
8.7
Stay was comfortable and trouble-free although front desk staff could be a little more welcoming with some decent smile instead of strictly business.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Good value for money overall in terms of location, rooms and overall service and effeciency.

small, cosy hotel and good location
not overcrowded and overly ostentatious

my 2nd stay - overall satisfactory. the only snag is the fact that every day, the room cleaner forgot to replace at least 1 or 2 items from the toiletries or the beverage caddy, ie either no coffee or cream, or doubles of shampoo and conditioner but no soap and body lotion and vice versa. had to ask on a daily basis. :(
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A stone's throw from Clarke Quay - great F&B outlets, international choice. At the same time, 2 stones' throw from People's Park - earliest shopping mall from the 60's wth local flavour ie local eats at street stalls; famed Chinatown,

Good location and friendly service
Modern decoration, friendly staff, nice pool
7.7
The hotel has a good location in walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. By metro only one or two stations from other attractions (e.g the bay, little india, etc.) The staff was very friendly when we arrived in the morning. Our room wasn't ready yet (we arrived very early), but we were invited to spend some time at the pool and have a show while waiting. We enjoyed the modern and clean hotel.
Some points that I felt wasn't as perfect and could be improved: Internet access is quite expensive (~35 SD) for 24 hours and 3 devices only. A problem when you use multiple smart-phones, tablets, etc. The design of the standard room is "all in" that means the restroom area is integrated into the room and smells could affect the whole room.
Even so there is a very nice and big TV set in the room, the choice of channels is very limited no movie channels like HBO, just some on-demand with high prices and limited choices.
Overall we would choose the hotel again, but I hope they can improve the addressed issues.

Clever interior layout, but not too friendly staff
proximit to business district
5
Reception staff was not too helpful. hotel room is small for a merchant queen size, but clever design layout.
separate toilet and bathroom, however the toilet door is only 3/4 size so your partner will have to bear the smell if you do your business during stay!

Great location near Clarke Quay.
8.7
my daughter and i stayed here for a 2 night stop over in singapore and were very impressed with the location of the hotel and the quality and size of the rooms for the price. many hotels in the clarke quay area wanted much more per night and the park regis had everything we needed. close to all the attractions and restaurants in clarke quay. the rooms were a good size for singapore standards and the staff every friendly and helpful, arranging a trip to singapore zoo with very little notice.
Restaurant Tip:
Clarke Quay is just across the road and has many restaurants, bars and attractions.

Lovely rooms , poor staff
6.7
When I stepped into the hotel, I really loved how beautiful everything looked. The room, pool and gym were new looking and were very attractive. It's location is very convenient too, locates near Clarke quay and town. It is near Maxwell market and it made it convenient for us to travel around. Overall was a good experience except for the staff. There was this counter girl siri who was ruse and unhelpful. Their staff were mostly apprehensive and unfriendly, making you feel unwelcome.
Nightlife Tip:
It's near Clarke quay, the hub of nightlife in Singapore.

Love the layout and deco of the room. Managed to get the room with the view of the pool. Simply magnificent.
