Great small hotel in the city centre

Excellent modern and clean rooms for a reasonable price in Singapore. Rooms are small but well laid out, worth the upgrade for a lovely view of Clark quay. The bathroom is not private at all but still was fine.

Restaurant Tip:
the restaurants and bars along side Clarke Quay and boat quay open until really late every day, very crowded.

New, clean hotel with small rooms

hotel is new and therefore clean. rooms are very small. bathroom is part of the room - shower only. as a solo traveller i found i had to climb over my suitcase to move around. location is ok, but not the best for buses or the mrt. it's close to clarke quay station but usually this means changing to another line. close to the financial district and chinatown. service wasn't great, and not to singapore standards. hopefully this will improve over time. pool area is small, and could probably only accommodate 20 people. no free wifi. 2 macs to use in the business centre.

Nicely located, value for money, so-so service

When we arrive at the hotel, the impression from the receptionist was not very good.
He tried to act friendly, but you simply can feel it was not genuine.
Room was nice, newly built with minimalist design and was cleaned properly.
The downside is the bathroom is in the bedroom itself, as in there is no wall or partition separating the two.
And the shower glass door was made to be opened toward outside, so expect a little mess of water.
Swimming pool was good.
While it is rather small, but it offers a glimpse of view toward Clarke Quay.
One strong note though, make sure that everything is complete when you checked-in.
My room was missing a table clock (luckily the housekeeping realized it when she came to makeshift my twin bed into a double bed).
Furthermore, the wine in the minibar was already drank 2/3 but the guest before me put it back in a way that noone noticed it (until I actually wanted to open it).
Restaurant Tip:
Option for in-hotel dining is a bit limited.
But just a short 3 minutes walk you can find many restaurant in Central shopping mal or in Clarke Quay, both are right across the hotel.
A 10 minutes walk toward City Hall, and you can even find more genuine local food.

first of all , i have a good impression with the hotel and front people's service. the hotel location is closed to china town and easy to transport to anywhere. inside the room is very function but the size is very small. they provided two single beds for us??? also, the cleanner never knocked the door when they would like to come in!!! we found two times in the morning time that we just wake up. finally , we still got a good experince here in park regis, singapore.
Restaurant Tip:
The good dishes that we get are Chicken Rice anywhere we go.

I would not recommend this hotel to families. You have an open bathroom with glass toilet cubicle and shower cubicle. That's it. There is no privacy. The single beds were tiny! Friendly staff but not very helpful.
