Great location and nice hotel, but small rooms

The internet is very expensive and not very fast. I would stay here again because the price of the room compared to the location is great. The MRT station is across the street and Clark Quay is across the street. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice, but small.

Small modern hotel in central location

We overall enjoyed our stay at the Park Regis. Rooms were nicely designed even though a bit small, but considering the price it was good value for money. the facilities are all quite new and the pool is quite nice even though very small. They have a excellent equipped gym. Staff was overall friendly and attentive.
On the downside it must be mentioned that everything in addition to the room rate is charged at very high costs (internet, breakfast, on-room dining etc). It seems the hotels concept is to outbalance the affordable room rates with additional charges.
Apart from that the room service seems to be a bit sloppy. Our room was not made up 2 hours after we asked for it and even then they forgot to clean some items like emptying trash or re-stocking the mini bar.
Overall we can recommend the hotel for leisure travelers who don't need internet etc and want top be in a central location.

great location for clarke and boat quays and mrt. our room was modern, although there is no separate bathroom - only toilet and shower rooms with glass doors onto the bedroom. staff were very friendly and we were able to use facilities between checking out and airport.
Shopping Tip:
IPad prices in Singapore are much cheaper than in Europe - worth buying - they work back in UK. also benefit from TAx refund at the airport.

Great Hotel and Very Friendly Staff
The hotel was very clean, the staff was very courteous and polite.

my stay at this hotel will be something to remember even when it was cut short. The amentities was all in place, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. pretty small but comfortable for one person. The bad side is that the wi-fi wasnt free but it was reliable and it worked fast. I would recommend people to stay at this hotel and i would come back again.

things seem pretty much expensive but its alot of great shopping in orchard road

Checking in was a breeze. Staff at the reception area were pleasant. Location of hotel was perfect as it was close enough to the MRT station and also a close walking distance to the Clarke Quay night hotspots.Room was a bit too small for my liking and there is no room for privacy, as the shower and toilet are sort of in the open area since the room is already small with almost no partitioning. Soundproofing is rather minimal as well.
My main complain would be the housekeeping staff. I had switched on the privacy light instead of the housekeping light so my room was not cleaned during their morning rounds. So they came back at about 5pm when we were taking a nap so I had requested nicely for them to come slightly later to which I received a rather unfavourable response. Staff said "Later?! Mampuslah macam ini" thinking I did not understand Bahasa Melayu followed by further grunts and mumbling. I said "I'm sorry? did you say something?" which was followed by a curt "no, nothing" and that was that. Later on when we were out the rooms were tended to by housekeeping. Clean towels etc however the bathroom floor was not swept as there was still hair and sand. The coffee cups containing leftover coffee from morning was not cleared, washed and put back in place. For the amount of money spent, I would think that basic housekeeping should be carried out.
That aside the location was its plus points. Everything else was really just average. I would think twice about going back to this hotel.

I am quite impressed on my first stay here. Staffs are quite friendly and lobby lounge looks cozy. Room is also modern style. Although first night I found that my door's lock can't work well, but the duty manager called me right after I raised the issue to front desk and assign somebody to fix it immediately.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Near CBD, good for business traveller who work around raffles city. Meanwhile, good for tourists since it's near Clark Quay MRT which convenience for transportation and near the clubbing attraction (e.g. clark quay, boat quay, robertson quay)

we just happen to love the room..

we were having the trip to enjoy a gateway from our hectic weeks...and it just paid off very well...staying at park regis is just fit my imaginayion, the room is simple, clean, and cheer us up in some ways..and the pool side was a free uo grade facikity given from agoda,,thats make it more peefect. the mrt is just across the street, and river side point its just a walkby...nice nice. the room is clean, but no free wif...and no hbo...or other movie channels...you haveto pay aditional cost fir these services and its jus soooo pricy. swimming and viewing thecity site is awesome. we definely will coma back here.
Travel tip:
adaptor is very hard to lend...and you should notbe travellingwith family..since the room is small...dont bring big luggage, you will find hard time to arrange it.
