The hotel is in a good location, close to Bugis Street and the Arab Quarter. Staff are attentive and for the most part helpful.
On departing we were offered to leave our luggage with concierge until we were to catch the plane and could also use the shower facilities on our return. This service is very much appreciated. It is these little touches that will ensure that we return to the Parkroyal when staying in Singapore.

Was given a room with 2 single beds to begin with and had to ask them 3 times if there was another room.
Called reception for more tea bags and was told to call room service - why not just take the request or transfer my call?

The hotel is perfect for me as I went to Suntec Exhibition, which is about 10 mins walk. Opposite the hotel there are numerous eating outlets and fishing gears. Traveling by car is so easy as it is just outside the business district. Parking in the hotel is free and the security is tight. Will stay here again.

Easy to get round on MRT or taxi - the food was excellent and the hotel has a very nice bar with live music. Good place to stay in Singapore.
Staff always helpful, courteous and friendly. Good location as close to public transport and shopping centres.
Room is quite small, especially the bathroom.
