Good for those who like shopping,budget shopping min away at bugis street n higher range ones at bugis junction or suntec city.nice food around the hotel n good for those tht enjoy night life.just across the hotel there is pub,sisha.

Good hotel for travellers to Singapore.
Excellent staff, convenient location.

stay was fantastic. there was some confusion over the queue outside the lobby for taxis, as some individuals were bypassing the queue and just hailing taxis at their convenience.
it would be good to revisit early check-in offers, especially for travellers from north america such as myself, as requiring guests to book rooms the night before they arrive is not the best value for money proposition.

The Park Royal hotel chain brand name is one that is held in high esteem. The customer service is excellent and the hotel is very beautiful. At that point of time, the pool is still under renovation so we didn't swim. Our hotel room's safe was not working properly initially, however it was rectified later on. The hotel manager provided free breakfast to us for the inconvenience caused. I will return to this hotel again, it is a well run hotel chain.

this is the 6th time in 2012 staying in this hotel. as usual, very friendly service, nice room and very comfortable bed.
although there is a major construction site beside, but it is still quiet inside the hotel. the hotel building is not new but very well-maintained. the staff is really worth commending, i should start to remember their names.
location is ok, not far from business and shopping districts. the hotel also has good restaurants and a spa.

Good well managed hotel

I was not happy that Agoda did not mention that the pool area was closed and that there is major re-construction going on; hotel assured me that they had been informed.
However Duty Manager was flexible with late check out as a compensation.
All staff friendly and well trained.
Massage in Spa was outstanding; thanks! Very good buffet breakfast.
Will happily return when work finished.

Lovely Hotel, excellent service

Excellent stay at Parkroyal, paid a little extra for the club room. Well worth the extra money. Rooms were large and comfortable, had four free (two each) laundry items per day, complimentary breakfast, and free supper. One of the best hotels ive been too. Highly recommended, will definitely go back.

Good Value Hotel - but pool is being renovated

i usually stay at the beach road park royal when in singapore, mostly for it's fantastic pool & gym area. this time i was very disappointed to find out that the entire area was under demolition. there was a make shift gym set up, which was ok, but nothing like it normally is and we had to go to another hotel to use the pool. the shuttle bus wasn't very regular that was offered for the pool, so we had to get cabs/mrt instead to the pool. there was no mention of the pool being under demolition when i booked in october for a november stay. i wish it had been. all in all it was an ok stay this time around.

A good service hotel. It is located in the city, however, it is far from subway/mrt station, it requires a 15-20 mins walk from the hotel.
The hotel receptionist did a quick check in and check out, and the bell staff is very attentive to my luggage and taxi needs.
Will anticipate a return to this hotel.
