I booked this hotel for one person with delux room and high floor with a nice view.
But, reservation was wrong to twin bed and my room was on only 6th floow with a very stuck ugly view. And I requested to reception to chagne a room, they were very unkind keeping saying they already assigned my room on 6th floor without no charge. But so none sense as my room was really ugly view and even I couldn't see any view because of a buliding in front of my room. so partroyal hotel had any value for my payment.
Beside of this, I asked a reception to move the twin bed together to make one bed even twice, they did nothing for my request. so rude and unkind hotel.
MRT station is not a walking distance and I could hear every sound next door.
Furniture looks very old.
Not valuation hotel at all.

Great service, amenities and location
Easy walk from Bugis MRT station and bus stop at the door. Rooms had balconies, quiet airconditioning, comfortable beds and a range of bathroom products. The beautiful pool had adjacent change rooms with showers and lockers, so after a late checkout you could spend a few hours at the pool before leaving for the airport.

The concierge and other staff were helpful with tourist and shopping information. Touch cards for doors and lifts were convenient. The hotel had a clean and airy feel with flowers and oil burning in common areas.
Travel tip:
If walking from Bugis Station, cross at the lights on the corners rather than carry bags up and down the stairs of the overpass!

Beautiful Hotel
Great Pool and Gym facilities; housekeeping staff very friendly

We received an upgrade to superior rooms. We wanted adjourning rooms but they were not able to accommodate however they put the children in a room a couple of rooms away which was good.
There weren't many nice eating places in walking distance but we could get a taxi to some major shopping centres for about SGD20 and they had great eating there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must see Universal Studios & Sentosa Island. Need to leave atleast a day for each.

We were awarded an upgrade on arrival when I mentioned that this was our very first visit to Singapore.
A really excellent room, full of complementary toiletries which were constantly renewed
A huge bed – My goodness !!
Excellent porters – always at your disposal, quick, numerous and always on the move
Reception Staff were attentive and helpful
An excellent hotel with a lovely (a hidden surprise) swimming pool on the roof!

Convenient location about 10 mins walk to Bugis Junction. Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice hotel and we got upgraded to the Deluxe room which was quite spacious.

Stayed in the orchid club for four days, the check in was convenient as they provide separate check in counter for the orchid club. While waiting for our rooms we stayed in the orchid club lounge where they offered us drinks.
The rooms where fantastic which gives you the comfort you all need for your stay. Worth the money!
