Service is five-star but size of room is small
Excellent location for food lovers - famous prawn mee just opposite - must try!!!

check-in is superb fast (due to privileges for club room members?)
good staff service - always acknowledged guest . for room matters-
bed is abit too high for a normal singaporean height and bath-tub is
abit small too. swimming pool is alright and the spa - (at the same level
with the swimming which is level 4) is excellent according to my wife.
overall is great!!! will definitely come back again.

Stayed here for four nights during a recent business trip. Hotel room was clean and had the necessary features. Wifi is free but can be slow. This place is good value for money relative to a lot of other nearby hotels. The cheaper price is likely the result of the hotel getting a bit old. You notice this especially in the pool area. There is also construction going on near by which distracts from the pool area. This hotel also seems popular with tour groups for better or worse.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Arab St. is right across the street and worth a look.

Good location, good service, but a bit noisy

location is a plus in the bugis area with plenty of shopping and food around. very busy area with late night pubs just across the street. service in the hotel is very good. i arrived very late at night and i heard some sounds outside of the hotel and they were very friendly and gave me another room on the other side of the hotel. one downside about this hotel is that there are constructions left and right of the building, so it is very noisy from 10am. the pool looks good, but the construction noise really made it hard to relax.
i will still come back next time when the construction is done.
Restaurant Tip:
Across the streets are delicious Prawn noodle soup and bak ku teh places.

location near to arab street and local cuisines, near to bugis junction within 10mins walk, very nice deluxe room room, price not too expensive
