I will definitely be staying there again.The hotel was well maintained and modern.Did not look dated as some of the older hotels do.The location was great.The staff was excellent.We were well looked after.It was family friendly.The room size was good.I would rate it highly.

it has big rooms and a nice toilet and bath. the staff are nice and very accomodating. it is near to some shopping centers and also some of the tourist destination. very accessible.
though it is quite expensive specially the foods i would still stay in this hotel when i go back.

Gd location to access center area of the city

We stayed just for 2 nights and mostly out. Air conditioning was not controllable enough. It was very cold even though swtching off the air condition.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, a short walk from Bugis MRT station and near main east-west arterial roads. The Raffles, Marina Bay and Orchard Road are a short MRT ride away (if you're not used to public transport, don't be put off. The MRT is one of the best public transport systems in the world).
The hotel represents very good value. It's is well appointed, with all you would expect from a top class hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean with modern facilities. The hotel staff are courteous and efficient. During my stay, I was very grateful for the assistance provided by the club concierge in sorting out a problem with my credit card. Thanks Alex!
The club facilities are very useful for business travellers. While the free breakfast is appreciated, and the club lounge perfect for pre-dinner drinks, the free laundering and pressing of two items per day is extremely handy for those of us not used to Singapore's humidity.
Travel tip:
Try the cuisine in the cheap but tasty local eateries in the Arab quarter.
Make sure you visit the imposing New York-gothic style Parkview Plaza around the corner for a drink in the amazing art-deco styled bar, and watch the wine angels fly!

Everything was good. Nothing to complain except that the complimentary Internet was too slow for reasonable use.
I wish there was a halal section in the breakfast buffet provided
Restaurant Tip:
The hotel is right across famous Arab street where there are Arab and Mediterranean restaurants. Sultan Mosque is in walking distance. But be picky. Not all restaurants are good there. Not all of them halal. Suntec city is also in walking distance and the hotel has one way free shuttle there every morning.

On our second visit, we were given a nice room. We were told that our room was upgraded and quite happy with it. The hotel staff were helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is not far from Orchard Rd. where the shopping mecca is. It is also a short drive from the airport. The main attractions like Sentosa is a 30 minutes by bus and even the hop on-hop off bus will get you to the Marina Bay Sands and Singapore Flyer. The main reason for staying at this hotel is the reasonable price and good value for money. The hotel is very good for family holidaying in Singapore.

Large rooms and great staff

The rooms are large and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We booked a double bed room months in advanced but they could only give us a room with 2 single beds and we were at the end of the corridor next to the housekeeping area which was very noisy from early in the morning. There is construction next to the hotel and it was adding to the noise as well. Good location as not far from Bugis(MRT).

i had a wonderful and very fulfilling stay at the parkroyal on beach road hotel. nice, clean and comfortable rooms, very professional yet nice staff, lovely pool area and a well equipped gym. conveniently located close to bugis station it was easy to access other parts of the city, if one wants to leave the hotel area that is... i strongly recommend this hotel, which truly provides an oasis in the city!
Restaurant Tip:
The Bugis area is a hectic area at night with many restaurants and shops! Close to the hotel!
