Arrived early and spent nearly 6 hours by pool waiting for room which was promised by reception would be ready by midday. Unfortunately had to go to reception after 1pm only to find that no one had passed the message on to the pool area that the room was ready. Website mentioned shuttle service - this was also shown in hotel booklet as being available any day other than Sunday. When questioned the receptionist advised that the hotel had no shuttle service at all but that she would order a taxi costing $25. When talking to concierge he said taxi would be under $20 - in fact it was $18.50 to airport. Overall, we left with a rather disappointing impression of hotel

Good enviornment. The room are clean and spacious. I like the bed, as the quality are great. I have visited the Gym as well. it was huge and tidy. The overall stay was great, and i will come back again and recomend my friend for a stay.

Lovely hotel and great location.
Environment is good and near to the city.

Generally it is very enjoyable with the room and its space. Near to the city where all the shoppings are.
The only slight issue will be the heavy traffic infront of the hotel during peak hours.

very good size room - excellent customer service. great location if you love shopping and eating. rooms are neat and clean.
Shopping Tip:
great bargins at bugis village/junction. need shoes, food, handbags etc, this is the place to go. also loved the local durian ice cream.plenty of food choices (love the sweet fried bananas). never boring moment.

Surprised stay here, nice location, near MRT Nichol. Room were clean. Big room, welcome staff. looby is great, bed is nice. Near best spot in Spore - marina bay and clarke quay

I've stayed in several hotels in Singapore and the non-smoking rooms always smell like like cigarette smoke. Not this hotel. The room was clean and quiet; staff were very helpful; the pool area which I did not have time to enjoy appeared very spacious and restful; and the hotel was offering a discount on spa treatments and their restaurant. I took advantage of both - and would return for both independently of whether I was staying at the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Look 20 years younger - great facials available from the spa menu.

Lovely hotel and accomodating staff

We were not able to stay in this hotel because of a sudden commitment that we have to fly back home on the 25th of may. It is a nice hotel and the staff is very accomodating. We just drop by the hotel to inquire about our booking so my friend will just be the one to stay on our booking date. The person at the reception is friendly and accomodating that we were able to succeed in obtaining our goal.
