Not far from airport, good reception far from MTR station have to walk I try to book the hotel by hotel website, but on my travel date the room is not available so i booked via agoda and not include breakfast, so have to pay extra, when convert to thai baht, hotel breakfast is rather expensive and don't have restuarant near hotel, have to walk for while

Orchid Floor and staff are very good. Can't think of anything negative THe Park Royal Orchid Floor is a comfortable aroma scented, quiet haven away from the bussle of Singapore yet minutes to anywhere in a taxi and 8 minutes on foot to stores and shops.
The service on Orchid includes 2 pieces of laundry per person per day which is so sensible and convenient.
The Chinese Restaurant is a delight.
The Orchid floors have their own breakfast room with excellent service, but if a fuller choice is required one can go down to the main restaurant on the ground floor
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It is only minutes away from Marina Bay, the River, CBD and the beautiful park just near to the town hall building. You may be lucky at the weekend to watch a real game of amateur cricket at Singapore Cricket Ground!

Very pleasant refurbished room Food within the hotel is expensive The Parkroyal on Beach Road is a good place to stay in Singapore. This time I was upgraded to a much better room which had been refurbished and was excellent. I arrived on an evening flight from Europe and after check in I had a great swim in the lovely pool which is conveniently open until 10pm weekdays and 9pm at weekends. Once again I was able to hang out at the pool next day after I had checked out and while waiting for my onward flight. The staff are always helpful and polite.
Shopping Tip : Arab Street is great for pashminas, material and curios

For a hotel in the central district I would consider it very cheap.
It would definately be a great retreat for anyone looking for a holiday/shopping retreat without leaving Singapore.
The guest service officer who attended to me at the reception counter was indeed very efficient. I would rely like to commend on the way she handled my reservation. Very professional. I booked my reservation at the last min so I guessed when I cjecked into the hotel, my reservation confirmation hadn't come thru.
I was initially asked to wait till the actual check in time of 2pm but I informed the receptionist that nI was in ahurry to rush of to run some errand. Instead of keeping to the well versed "I ma sorry but it's our policy", she actually accomodated to my request and checked me in early. Excellent, efficient and professional service.
Restaurant Tip : Walk across the street to Arab Street where you will find many restaurants....especially for the foodies...you will be spoilt for choices.

Staffed with helpful and efficient people. No free in-room Wifi.
The entrance desperately need a ramp.
Not the most convenient location for some. We have been staying in this hotel in the past few trip we made to Singapore. The price has been much more reasonable compared to the hotels located nearer to the Orchard/Cityhall areas. However the service and condition of the hotel were all much better compared to the cheaper hotels in the Orchard/Cityhall areas. Transportation may be an issue for some people who find walking 10 minutes to a subway station is a chore.
Restaurant Tip : There are 2 excellent restaurants for local food right across from the hotel. One is Blanco Court Prawn Mee and the other one is a Klang Bakut Teh.

good location , great pool and gym facilities clean and convenient internet access is expensive, the breakfast was not great and expensive overall this is a nice hotel I found the staff to be helpful and the room pleasant, you can hear some road noise if you have a road facing room.
It is a convenient location but a bit of a walk to an mrt station
Restaurant Tip : eat outside, a 5 min walk from the hotel there is a nice selection of restaurants

good hotel with quite a class lobby basicly the hotel is quite nice with big room and bed. the tv is 32"lcd and the pool is beautiful.location wise are quite near to town center with arab street are just across the road.the front counter staff are not knowledgeble abt agoda booking and they just seem cant find my booking. they also insist on the credit card that i book the hotel even though it is already been fax to agoda for confirmation.

The room was beautiful and comfortable for the two of us. Everything was clean and tidy with excellent services. Breakfast very nice but a little expensive The Parkroyal Hotel is near the shopping malls and nightlife but at the same time still a quiet place to stay in. The staff especially the one on the front desk are very corteous and friendly.The elevators were very fast, the housekeeping and room service was very efficient,Rooms comfortable and clean as advertised, conveniently located to Beach Road (Bugis)

bathroom not in good condition - there were leaks, cabs not sure of the hotel. I had a pleasant stay at Park Royal on the beach. STaff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable. I only wish the hotel had provided some water for free - the 2 bottles of water were to be charged. The TV chanels were pretty decent and the location of the hotel was quite ideal as it was quite easy for me to get to Orchard road from there. All in all I would certainly recommed it to others.
Shopping Tip : Take the MRT to orcherd road its pretty cheap and fast

SWIMMING POOL, SHOPS, CLEAN AND A GOOD ATMOSPHERE LOCATION WAS GOOD BUT MRT TEN MINUTES WALK Good hotel, location good for cultural experiences, room was clean and had a nice atmosphere, the pool was great with a bar and good lounge chairs. Spa and health centre completed the package. I would stay here again depending on special rates.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Close to Little India and easy to get around for other shopping.

Nice chinese restaurant at the lobby floor, clean and quiet place to stay The bed is too soft, need to change. Having backache every morning after waking up. The place is clean and quiet to stay.For travellers who wants to go sight seing in Singapore, this hotel will be the best choice as the location is near to the city area whereby you gets to see the country culture and the way the locals conduct their daily businesses.
