It's a very nice and big hotel, that is conveniently situated. Price is reasonable but internet charges is really high.
It is situated at a very convenient location, just 5 mins from Bugis and Golden Mile tower (where you could take buses to Malaysia), big swimming pool, clean and big room.
Cleaners rang the bell of our room several times, and the sound barrier is not too good. We could hear conversation of the peopl who passed by our room.

Would recommend the hotel. Great location for Arab street and Bugis, close to MRT. Staff happy to allow guests to use pool and changing facilities before/after check in/out if flight times are early or late in the day - very convenient, and we were given an early check in at no extra charge. Not quite as luxurious as other hotels we've stayed in for a similar price, but overall a great base for a holiday and no problems.
Fantastic pool, spa, steamroom and gardens with convenient cafe for a drink or snack. Large family sized rooms available.
Breakfast not as good as other hotels - less variety and staff not as attentive.

The hotel is exceptionally close to Bugis Street, Suntec City and Sim Lim. An MRT is only five minutes walk. It is a great hotel to stay if you want to be away from Orchard Road but close to other shopping. This is a great hotel for the business person or couples.

This was our fourth stay at this property. Location is very convenient to the things that tourists read about, some within nice walking distance. Taxis are always available and quiet reasonable. We couldn't think of a more complete breakfast or dinner buffet selections. Rooms have been recently upgraded, which was good. We consider ourselves "well traveled," and we rate this hotel high on our list and look forward to our next stay.
Location. Friendly service. Excellent concierge. Wonderful breakfast and dinner buffet. Great pool area.
Dining room was noisy and use of partitions would help.
