Room is clean with nice bathtub in bathroom. Bed is comfortable and comes with a nice view of Bugis area (from the room i stayed in). Short taxi ride to places like Suntec City, Marina Square and Bugis Junction. Quite a distance to the nearest mrt (Bugis). Room is clean with nice bathtub in bathroom. room is clean with a nice bathroom. service is pretty good and service staff are attentive to my needs. location is good - near to Bugis and City Hall need to walk quite a distance to my room as it is situated at the end of the corridor I managed to check into the hotel at 11am and it was very nice of the service counter staff to accede to my request of early check in upon confirming there is a room available. The hotel is within 5-10 mins taxi ride to Bugis and City Hall where the shopping is at!

The swimming pool as many said is great. Relaxing, beautifully landscaped with enough chairs for everyone. I would say it is about a 15 minute walk to Suntec city in the heat. Taxis are cheap so that is another good option. There are some eating places close by. but did not entice me enough to go there. Club was worth getting. The staff there were very helpful.
Restaurant Tip : There are some great places around Suntec mall to eat.

Staff - very helpful and friendly.
Rooms - Good size & clean.
Nice pool.
Well situated just on the airport side of the city centre so easy to get either their or anywhere else. My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day stay at the Parkroyal where they looked after us very well. We would recommend it to anyone going to Singapore. No complaints at all. We did not want European breakfast so high price no problem as we always ate out. Security by key cards almost too good. In the lifts, your room card will only register to your room floor and public floors so if you have family or friends on another floor you may not be able to get there so get reception to register that floor on your card.
If we go back to Singapore we will certainly stay there again.
the key will not register it in the lifts.
Travel tip : Across the road from many small shops and eating establishments which seemed very good value.

Cosmopolitan that is not a snob! My friends & I love it a loooot. For a Singaporean hotel, it is very friendly. Love the pool, pleasant people, relaxing smell. Best of all, right across it are choices of affordable yet good food that is quintessentially Singapore. Wi-fi is not free. There's no complimentary bottled water. No foam bath liquid soap. I always make sure I take a long bubble bath whenever I stay in hotels. I wasn't able to do it at Park Royal because it didn't have foam bath liquid soap :-( We were afraid the rooms & facilities at Park Royal won't be as nice as the pictures--the usual problem when booking on-line. But the minute we stepped in, we liked it already.
Hotel Feature Tip : To make the most of your stay at Park Royal, bring a gym/exercise suit, swim suit, comfortable walking shoes. It's nice to walk around the area. Accessible to Park Royal is the MRT, which is great for getting around places.

Nice layout.taxi easy to get from hotel.OK type pool. Rooms a little smaller. Prices are a little higher than other hotels for the mini bar. 4 stars but have to pay for internet. generaly a good hotel. There is a buffet for lunch and for dinner that has lots and lots of food.But as per usual when cooking mass quantities the quality sometimes lack.
The distance is a little far to Orchard Rd.and may cost about 8SG to go and 12SG to return.
Using the bus is a little tasky because you have to connect to another station to go to Orchard.
Club 5 below is OK and closes at 1am.
Arab street is just on the other side of the road, where there are food and nightlife of a difference and cheaper than the hotel.
All in all it was a good stay.
Nightlife Tip : Arab street is on the other sidre of the road.

Location near to Arab Street and Bugis MRT View facing the multi level parking Staying at the hotel for one night only. However what a nice hotel to stay. For Malaysian ladies, the attraction is just nearby especially the Arab Street and for muslim, a lot of halal restaurant is also nearby. Very conveniently located and easy access to the Bugis MRT. Overall recommended to anyone that is looking to stay at a hotel that is quiet and peaceful, not hectic as Orchard Road.

Swiming pool and spa are beautiful A little bit far away from MRT station We had nice time in this hotel. The room was very clean and designed as tipical Asian style. The staff was kind and well recognized us when we made check-in at 12:00 midnight. Bugis station is located in 10 minutes walk from this hotel. It may be a little bit tough in day time due to very hot temperature over 30C. Swimming pool and spa look very beautiful and the space are big. We will come back to this hotel.
Shopping Tip : There are many shops desighed like Alabic style around this hotel.

Good surrounding and atmosphere. Near center of business area and shopping mall. Excellent hotel facilities and services. The room facilities are at stardard level but worth paying! The only weakness that I can tell is the smoking smell on the non smoking floor, shoudn't exist!!

clean, hospitality of the staff, clean swimming pool electrical switches near to the bed some are not functioning From the moment we were greeted by Elaine at the check-in desk, one of the so many helpful members of staff that combine to make you feel really valued, we experienced a near-perfect long week vacation(the only thing we could gripe about was the weather!).
The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, spacious and so perfectly located. Our room (a deluxe double) was perfect, with a super bed, sitting area and bathroom.
It was also so quiet, which meant that we got a really good sleep and lie-in on each of the three days of our stay.
From the hotel we were just a 10 minute walk away from Arab Street, Bussorah Street, Golden Landmark..... I could go on. And if we had wanted to use public transport, there are bus stops and an underground station right outside.
I simply cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It might be a little on the pricey side, bur rest assured - you won't get better all round value than at the Parkroyal Hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Muslim foods are within reach.

The locataion was not easy to catch a taxi early morning. The room and facility were clean and convenient. The service was so nice; after checking-out the hotel kept my back for several hours without extra charge and allowed me to take shower at shower room 4th floor next to the swimming pool. Also, the facility of the gym was so nice. I really enjoyed the time in the hotel
Hotel Feature Tip : good to stay but the location is not convenient to use subway.

I like the staff treating people nice. The internet service is charged too expensive.
I guess that as a 4-star hotel, the internet service should be charged for free. This is a point for the businessman to choose to stay in. All in all, the hotel is OK, just like my expectation. Only one thing I don't enjoy is that the internet service is too expensive. I stayed for 4 nights but the internet service charnged me about SG$100. I think the hotel should provide the internet service for the guests in no charge that will be much better for me to choose to come back again to stay there.

Hotel was a good price and in a ok location approx 10mins walk to train. Make sure you request smoking or non smoking if you're put in smoking room, it's a little smelly. It is near Bugis and Arab St., but far from Orchard etc. A great place for tourists and Business travellers to be in the city...

Hotel is a business hotel. Service was first class. Rooms are good size with useful amenities. Nice pool and gym facilities. Staff super nice and helpful. Breakfast was typical Singapore hotel buffet with a nice selection of fruits. Only downside is location. It is near Bugis and Arab St., but far from Orchard etc.. nothing much going on. The room was smaller than the five star hotel, the carpets not as luxurious, and the bathroom and bath in particular smaller. But certainly not uncomfortably so. Just a short taxi ride to the central attractions, there is also a bus stop for several useful routes right outside.
