Lovely Hotel and service not allways with a smile
I like if departure time can be adjusted to 2pm. at least for late arrivals

The arrangement for safe keeping bagages are quite good when you handover the keys at 12 O' clock and keep them till you take the next flight. Very good arrangement to have a wash after leave the room.
Food is Ok. It is better to serve the breakfast with better bread
On the whole we are happy with the hotel
Taxi Service to the Hotel is good and the handling persons are cooperative
Shopping Tip:
Very close to shops which give attractive prices.

One of the lousiest hotels I have stayed so far in Singapore. I stayed there once before. But this time around the experience was not that great. The room was pretty dirty and smelly. There was no freshness once i entered the room. The two bottles of paid water was missing. The minibar had not alcoholic drinks. There were no bath robes. I called for one. The bath robe was torn and tattered. Couldn't imagine for how long that had been reused.
I called up the the one stop service and asked her to connect to the front desk. She wouldn't let me. I told her I wanted to extend my stay till 2 PM. I was denied. I am a GHA card member. I have stayed in many of the Park Hotels. This will probably the last time in this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Lot of shopping, sight seeing and eating outlets nearby.

ParkRoyal@Kitchner is simply the best value for money. The convient location, courteous staff, comfortable rooms with all the major amenities and delicious food are some of the many features that would make with stay with them once more. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Great location. Right opposite to MRT and very convient.

Been wanting to try out this hotel for sometimes. My stay there had been a very pleasant one as the stuff there is very helpful and cheerful. The surrounding area have shopping center just a stone throw away. Food in the hotel is great. The room is very clean and room service is pretty prompt. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers due to the convenience of the surrounding areas.

one of the best hotels in singapore. ideally located and diagonally opposite to farrer park mrt station which makes commutation very fast and convenient. walkable distance to little india where lot of indian restaurants both north and south indian are there. we really enjoyed and had comfotable stay.
Shopping Tip:
Ideally suited for travellers who wish to make lot of purchases as there is Mustafa Mall on the backside of the Hoteland opened for 24 hours.

I have a pleasent stay. The only problem may face is the limited car park.
Travel tip:
You may need to specify whethere king size bed or twin bed you need and smoking or non smoking room if you book through agoda. The booking system doesn't specify this. Luckily the staff there able to help me to change to the type I need.

the only two complaints were that we never had anyone at the airport to meet us as stated on the initial booking. apparently singapore agoda does not do airport transfers. then our booking stated early check in but we arrived at 6am, sat and waited till after noon for the room to be cleaned and then were told we may have to wait till 2pm. at this stage i was angry and complained and we were given a room almost straight away. tired, jet lagged travellers do not wish to wait for periods of this length and therefore the booking should be accurate and not state things which can't be done.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Book your Universal Studios Tickets in advance on the net before you arrive in Singapore as it gets very busy and avoids long waits. Use the train and bus system by buying an E-Ticket. This is easy and cheap and great to get around.

The Housekeeping Standard is Deteriorating

This used to be my favourite hotel for a staycation but I realised from my recent stays that the housekeeping standard in the room has visibly deteriorated. The shelves in the bathroom were dusty with visible dirt marks, strands of hair in the bath tub and on the vanity top, food stains on the desk, dirty electric kettle, etc. Although the customer service at the hotel was good, the housekeeping standard will make me consider twice if I want to stay there again. Afterall, there are many hotel choices for a staycation and I view cleanliness with great importance.
