The hotel locates in good location near 24hrs shopping mall and little india.
The hotel room cannot block noise from outside so it will be very noisy when you stay near Indian family or Thai tour.
The elevator is very slow and sometimes full.
The room service for European food taste bad but local menu like kuay teow is ok.
Room service staff always forgot something like source or spoon.

In the heart of Little India...
Next to Mustafa a 24x7 shopping center that never close, you can find everything there, shopping is real easy

First night at the hotel, I was not given the room I paid for, I was given a standard room. The standard room smells, very worn and the bathroom stinks. In the morning, took 45mins from the 10th floor to get down to the hotel lobby. Got to business meetings late due to the wait. Complaint to the duty manager and then was given the room I originally paid for, much better then, on the top 4 floors it has 2 lifts that only service the top 4 floors. Too much hustle and bustle at that hotel, wouldn't pick that hotel again anytime soon.
Shopping Tip:
Great if you want to say in the heart of Little India on a budget and have a 24x7 shopping center right at the door step. Lots of Indian restaurants and eating places all around. There is also a metro (MRT) train station right accross the road, so getting around in Singapore from the hotel is easy.

it is next to the mrt, city square shopping centre and mustafa shopping centre. thus shopping and food is not an issue. however the staff need further training. it take them 1/2 hr to do my check out.

i stayed in this for hotel for one night and it was a pleasant stay. the hotel is situated close to the mrt station which makes travelling great. rooms are nice but a little old. the lifts were old as well. food could be easily found around the vicinity of the area. recommended for short travel or shopping.

this hotel is a good stay for indians ( though over prised rooms ) as it is the next building to mustafa and little india have plenty of indian food in the market but the only thing which bothered me is that they even charge you for the empty plates ( cutlery ) you order in the room i feel no other hotel charge for the same ..
