It's an old nuilding but the location and service made up for this.
Bathrooms though are quite small.
A bit pricey considering breakfast is excluded.

super central location and outstanding service.
Service and support outstanding -desk, business center, foyer assistance - all service polite and cooperative and patient.,

We both would return specifically to this hotel. Rooms clean, and well appointed but too cold with preset air conditioning. Lovely views day and night.
Nightlife Tip:
Dine on Marina foreshore and then watch the light display and listen to music across the marina.

located right beside funan digimall, very accessible, staff were very helpful and accommodating

peninsula excelsior has good location but rooms are a little tight for 2 adults and 2 kids. amenities are very basic, no wifi. but overall, service was ok

We had good stay there, staffs were friendly, everything good except for lift, too slow which causes a lot of guests queue!! Room was comfortable however there were dusty under the bed, should improve on cleanliness.
The hotel location is good, convenient. overall, good but not great can still improve.

i really enjoy to stay at this hotel. it was a wonderful experience. the service is good. it also provide me with wonderful experiecne. the food is nice. the room is clean and neat. overall it was an interesting experience to stay at this place

It was quite a good hotel with great location as well. Room was quite nice and comfortable. Only issues were on the internet service and on the shower. No wifi on such a big hotel. The shower somehow could not be in upright position so it was quite annoying.

It was a very bad experience, the room was not healthy at all and the coversheet and pillow smell bad. The AC was not cooling good and sometimes makes you sweat instead, there was a water likeage outside the room and with the carpet the smell was very bad. The treadmill in the GYM was out of order and there was no chance to do any other workout.

Hotal was in Good Location, Rooms we adequate
The pool looked good- but was a fish bowl, location was handy to all areas in Singapore

the rooms were clean and neat and functional. the bathroom was adequate but needed futher updating. the internet connection in both rooms didnt work and then at checkout tried to charge me for unused internet. both check in and check out process was time consuming, especially as i was the only customer each time. the hotel buffet for dinner was poor as was the breakfast which was just 2 and half stars. overall this hotel has seen better days. a bit embarressing letting others know where i stayed as anyone who has been to this hotel can see its standard is most definately not 4 stars. it should be ranked 3 at best, and thats because it ticks the boxes of services a 3 star should have and include for the traveller
Travel tip:
Stay here only for cheap promo prices, do not expect anything too flash and dont be fooled by some lovely promo photography. You will be no where near the Marina Bay, but will be central to City Hall

Great location but small bathroom
Got upgraded when i arrived,excellent service at reception

got an upgrade from delux to premium which was great.big room with plenty of windows.big safe,tea and coffee making facilities,2 bottles free water supplied,king size bed with 4 pillows,very modern and very clean.best aircondictioner with controlls that work. negitive side to room- small bathroom could'nt swing a cat in it, fire and ambulance station below a lot of sirens going most of the morning and night.tv reception poor. great location to the river 500 yards, metro only 200 yards (town hall) only 2 spd to air port. plenty of cheap food halls around, can walk to china town, straight down the road about 1 klm.had a good stay other wise.
