I shall never stay at the Peninsular again

I shall never stay at the Peninsular Hotel again. I spend much of my time travelling worldwide, in particular in Asia, and I do not expect to pay for wireless Internet and local phone calls in a hotel where I book a Delux room. I could have stayed at the Park Royal in a Club Room for less with breakfast and all modern communication facilities included.
I have already, and I shal tell all my colleagues who travel to Singapore, to avoid the Peninsular Excelisor and stay at the Psrk Royal on Kitchener.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Stay in a Club Room at the Park Royal on Kitchener when in Singapore rather than at he Peninsular Excelsior. It is a far better hotel that offers far better value.

Good location, easily transportation as close to train, bus stations, shopping and good places to eat. The rooms were clean and pleasantly decorated. No wow factor but good standard for a couple of nights away. Bathrooms are small but adequate. My single complaint was the reception staff, who I found were not entirely customer focused, more interest with how quickly they could stop you asking questions rather than resolve the issue at hand.
