Bathroom was small. Okay room, but nothing special

Checking in was bad since my girlfriend and I arrived separately. They would not allow her to check-in without me after I had left a message through Agoda, calling the hotel twice, and emailing the hotel. After waiting 30 minutes and a lot of back and forth, she was allowed to check-in.

Lazy and unhelpful staff, dirty sheets

Worst hotel I've stayed in in Singapore, I won't be going back. Well worth paying a bit more to stay down the road . Toilet paper was so rough I had to buy my own, bed sheets were dirty, smelly towels, noisy AC etc. (the list could go on). The worst thing about the hotels were its staff - lazy and unhelpful - I asked for directions to the airport, Vivo City and Orchad Road - the guy just said, take a taxi.. I ended up finding my own way on Google map.

Very nice room although bathroom is small.
Location is close to MRT and shopping malls, price are lower than other comparable hotels in the area, room are comfortable but not big.

When we arrived, we couldn't see a front desk, but soon after a clerk came to show us the elevator led to the upper floor so we could go through the front desk easily. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a bathtub in which we could relax after walking a lot. We had a very good night sleep, and really enjoyed staying at Peninsula Excelsior Hotel.

Good hotel in good location
Next to Funan, many good food nearby, shopping nearby

The room is excellent, clean, toilet has see thru glass. The room has great view to Marina bay. The hotel is next to Funan center which sell IT stuff. The hotel also adjoin to shopping complex which has many shops selling camera. Taxi just outside hotel and very easy to flag down a taxi

Recommended for first time in Singapore

First time in Singapore. Good for 1 day trip. Easy to find by underground(city hall) or taxi. 360 view of Marina Bay. Great for sightseeing. Easy to airport ( 2 dollars per person ( 1 hour)). Clean and comfortable room. Bigger safe Bigger bathroom Bigger bed and Bigger window. And very safety hotel and city. But some mineral water so expensive about 2.80 dollar per bottle.
