Good location

It's location makes the hotel an ideal consideration for a short trip.
As a regular visitor to Singapore there were several factors to cause enough frustration for only a two day stay that i may not return to this hotel.
On 4 seperate occassions my door card failed and had to be renewed. Some of the lifts didn't always respond to the card although the other lifts worked fine.
Took over 20 minutes to check out. There was 1 person dealing with a large group whilst other members of staff stood behind the counter shuffling paperwork, talking and walking off!!
Although a clean functional hotel with a good location, i'm not sure it's worth the price tag considering most services available are at additional cost.
Shopping Tip:
Short walk to Raffles City shopping centre, resteraunts and bars.

Cosy hotel with great location

hotel's front line staff were friendly. room was clean and cosy. location is the best selling point of this hotel as it is situated within walking distance from the city hall mrt station. hotel faces the peninsula plaza and travellers can find money changes offering good rates for currency exchange. generally my stay was pleasant and hassle free.

Location is perfect, walking distance to nice spots in Singapore. Transportation is accessible, MRT, Taxi

We had a good and fun time during the stay in the hotel. We arrived 12 noon and the room is about to be ready, no need to wait for 2pm to check in. The room is small but very comfortable with the white sheets and towels. The staff at the Concierge were nice and always ready to extend a helping hand on our needs.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do'nt miss The Marina Bay Sands, it is a fantastic creation of great architecture.

Great location but very simple room

Great location with good shower, however the Deluxe room was very basic with very little decor, poor lighting, broken safe. Overall it was in need of a face-lift to provide some warmth/character.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Singapore and close to all amenaties. Great transport system. Close to Chinatown you can walk there.
The Staff were amazing and became like family.You looked forward to returning to your hotel and seeing their smiles.
Amazing views very quiet and clean AAA+
Top value for such low price Thanks to class A Managers and staff.
Do yourself a favour and stay here !

A bit old but room had some space not like other hotels. Loved location. Walking distance everywhere in Marina Bay. And Had Marina Bay & Clarke Quay View. Didn't like pillows
