this place is well placed just a few minutes from clark quay but then again, everything in singapore is just a few minutes away from clark quay so that doesn't really do much for the mold in the toilet or the mediocre service from the front desk people

i found the hotel to be fair value for the area, but with an overpriced breakfast for what was on order. also appreciated the internet payment choices, but not the need to pay at all.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try the breakfast for one night first; ask the desk to pre-pay for just one and see.

Love the location located near the town area. convenient for the tourist that come here to stay to have a pleasant night at hotel. i love the surroundings especially at night. was looking forward staying again in this beautiful hotel. amazing features & lovely hotel is exactly the place where people would look upon too. overall: excellent!

Hotel service is good, when I checked in to the hotel with the sametime of large group checked in but the front desk still try they best to service me as fast as possible.

Try to request for the room that can see Marina bay sand view if you want to have a good view from your room.

The stay was great, we didnt expect that the hotel to be that spacious given the location it is in. We book through Agoda and we deem the price for the stay is value for money. Cleanliness, room and hotel conditions, locations and convenience are all commendable. The only thing is that our room is located next to the lift and therefore it is a little bit noisy when you are trying to get some sleep. The rest is just perfect for me.

i am never staying in this hotel again. given, the room was big, and the location was good... but that's about it...
the room itself smelled of cockroaches, and the shower had mold growing on the walls.
it took my colleague an hour (yes, an hour!) just to check in. the front desk people are eager to serve, but ultimately unable to make any decision regarding the definition of "primary guest"
never staying here again

great location near city hall mrt and walking distance to city, clarke quay, marina bay, etc.
hotel has been renovated and the rooms were nice. great shower and a good view.
dissapointed that there was no free internet access.
