arrived here on a business trip and did not get much to comment as whole day on meetings and check in to take a good bath and good night sleep. Overall hotel was pleasant if you are the type to travel.

It was pure comfort in the heart of the city. The feeling... was as good as the most expensive hotel elsewhere. It was heartwarming to have people greeting me graciously at the counter, assisting and rendering help whenever I need it.
The room was more than what I expected it to me. I had whatever I need and it was living in comfort, coupled with fantastic ambience and an enjoyable experience.

Room ok had trouble getting shower repaired

Did not like the fact that i had prepaid for the room only to have a fee added to my cedit card on checking in and on check out tolled it will take a week to credit the amount that had been deducted back to my card. Air conditioner in room turned off during the night every night we stayed reason unknown.High price for laundry service also . good to see an alternative facility to laundry clothes.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Peninsula. 4G's! Good value for the money. Good hotel service. Good food. Good location.
Shopping Tip:
Not much mall sale in September. Visit SG in July or august for the great Singapore sale if you plan to shop.

a dingy room, with faded carpet and a notable lack of lighting was matched only by the completely unhelpful staff. the internet is an utter and complete ripoff at sgd25 a night, which is enough to buy dinner for a family of three in one of the little restaurants in the food court across the street. that's right twenty five dollars a day for slow, wired internet. it takes forever to get an elevator in the morning and the hotel is above a somewhat seedy little mall. bed was terrible and they put me in a room with tiny little double beds, even though i am adult-sized and traveling alone. this is an economy hotel that happens to be pretty expensive.

Regret to bring my kids there as it is a bit old building. Will rather spend a bit more for better hotel stay for my child.
