Good location but small rooms

Given Singapore hotel prices are quite expensive I bought this room a day before land at a relatively good price. It was my first stay at this hotel. I was told I received an upgrade at the counter but whilst the decor looked modern the room was tiny, the hot water didnt work in the shower and the toilet struggled to flush throughout my 18 hour stay. Unlikely i would stay here again unless the price was a lot cheaper
Travel tip:
Short walk underground to Raffles city and Duntec which offer a wide range of shopping and eating opportunities.

Good location but slow service
The location is near to Merlion and easy to go wnywhere

i booked 2 rooms. the hotel operation is very slow. i had to wait for almost 20 mins to get the 1st room. the 2nd one is in the different buildings which is not okay, so i have to wait for 2 hrs until there is a guest checked out and got the 2nd room.
don't forget to tell them "non-smoking area". otherwise, there will be the smell of smoking anywhere in your room floor. i stayed on 14th floor which is ok. the room size is a bit small but ok.

the shower was dirty... not sure why they didn't put a proper shower door on?

the deluxe rooms were overbooked when we arrived, so we got a free upgrade, which is always a pleasant surprise. we entered our room and to our delight, it looked really new. the service staff were helpful and courteous. the only negative we had was the location. for a none peak period friday night stay, the hotel and its surroundings were really crowded. other than that, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
