Great location, but not quality

I only stayed 2 nights, and had to change my room after the first day as I was bit by bugs all night. They then changed me to a smaller room, stating that there were no other rooms available. The hotel was renovated about 6 months ago, but the wallpapers were already falling down and moldy.

Reasonable price for a central location
The location is the most central that you can get for such a great price.

Good location
Check in stafff were very helpful

the check in staff were very friendly and helpful.
i do not have breakfast at the hotel as in my opinion, it is too busy and crowed, even early in the morning.
one major critisism is the beds and pillows are too hard.
the bath towels were very old and mine had some holes in them.
i only reason i stay at this hotel is because it is convienient to the mrt and surrounding restaurants.

Rooms is consider big and good view can see Marina Bay Sand but the toilet is too small.

Great location near MRT and places of interest
Location was excellent....rooms comfortable

A good value property well located near transport, places to see as well as places to eat. Rooms are small, especially the bathrooms but for the price I would stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you have time visit the Singapore Art Museum and of course the iconic Raffles Hotel...both are nearby.

Great location and nice service

The Hotel is located at City Hall area, just near Funan building. The lobby is at 5th floor, the lift is too old. However, the room is nice with good window view. The swimming pool is quite nice, overall a good experience in the hotel.

Clean & spacious rooms in convenient location

First impression was so so. Entrance on ground floor was small and unassuming. A consolation was the hotel location, lots of shops & bustling activities just at hotel doorsteps. Lobby was on 5th floor and was much more like a 4 star hotel. Big relief! But we had to wait till after 2:30 to get our room though we had arrived at 1:30pm. The room was quite spacious, given S'pore real estate prices. Clean, functional, but nothing over the top. Amenities were on the low end of luxury. The bed was a bit too firm, but overall quite comfortable. We like the locattion a lot. Very short & interesting walk to MRT city hall interchange station. Can get 2 anywhere from here. Or you can use taxi, which is aplenty right in front of the hotel. Pool & restaurant were nothing to write home about. They are just there for complete sake. Services are adequate. Overall, I'd rate it a low 4 star or high 3 star. But the price we paid was reasonable (relative only, in comparison to other similar hotels in S'pore), and the location made it worthwhile for us.
Travel tip:
Esplanade & light show at the Marina. Walk down to City link, the underground shopping via city hall MRT. Follow the sign to esplanade, the theater complex by the bay. 10-15 min walk & very rewarding experience. The theater & exhibition hall are excellent. Lots of cultural activities. Awesome Light show & free concert on the bay!

Disappointed , old area
Suite room is quite good but deluxe or standard can't accept

We booked suite room for 2 nights but our flight was late til midnight check-in. We got standard room 1st night. Very bad n we didn't know til they changed to the grade we booked. But no any extra offering from their mistake....n without apology.

The hotel need refurbishing

The hotel is very well located. The breakfast was a standard buffet without much choice, the restaurant room was very dirty and noisy. The personnel was not very helpful. Our room was small and not in good condition, very old walls, old bed, old bathroom, although we had a beautiful view.
There is no wifi in the room, only in the lobby.
