I made the reservations approximately a month before. I reserved two rooms but at the time of check-in there was only one room available. We brought our things to the first room they gave us and went out for a walk. We came back 3 hours later and the room was not yet ready. Check-in time is supposed to be at 2. We went back at 5 and really tired from the flight but couldn't rest until we get our rooms. The manager was apologetic but I didn't feel the sincerity. The people in the front desk don't even smile much. Over-all I would say the service was so-so - including housekeeping. No toilet paper on the second day and a lot of things missing like a floor mat, some toiletries, etc.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
with the MRT 5 minutes walk away it is easy to get to other places

Stayed 4D3N, no complaints for the hotel. However, the room's bathroom is a tad too small, you simply cannot fit in 2 average sized adults in there as there's no space left to get pass each other. But, regardless, I would definitely stay in this hotel again!
Shopping Tip:
Funan DigitaLife Mall just beside the hotel. The lower ground of the hotel is a moderate shopping complex itself. A nice cafe also around the corner with cheap but great tasting food! Cross the road, walk up a block and you'll find a host of shopping malls welcoming you.

we stayed for 2 nites in this hotel. nice hotel, easy to reach.. near to several shopping malls like funan, raffles city mall n esplanade
near to the mrt station so make us easy to travel to anywhere we want

a very good hotel with transportation facilities at a door step.rooms were very nice but a bit small for a family of three. staff was very good. check-in farmalities took no time. room service was good and staff were very courteous to offer tips on travelling or any any requirement for a tourist. rooms were nicely maintained. decor was also too good. buffet breakfast had wide variey but limited for vegetarians.hotel lobby was also spacious.overall a very good hotel to stay again.

Wonderful hotel in great location
well-appointed spacious rooms with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms with complete amenities, great location

we were given a room on a non-smoking floor as requested. we were on the 20th floor that afforded us a view of the marina sands hotel and the quays. though we stayed only for one night, we enjoyed luxurious comfort and would definitely stay there again the next time around.

we booked two rooms with my cousins and two kids. needless to say, we had an awesome time. the breakfast food was great, the internet was fast and the location.. oh! the location is spot on! it's near everywhere! we never regret staying at this hotel. ever!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you're a Filipino and you are going to SG, you definitely would want to stay at this hotel because the have a lot of Filipino staff there.

Great location and excellent view.
Very close to MRT...great view to see Marina Bay Sands

Even though the hotel is quite old, the interior was just recently renovated. Location is superb, near an MRT, 7-11 and Funan Digital Mall where I can enjoy shopping for gadgets and accescories.
Restaurant Tip:
Great breakfast at small hawker shops called 99 around the corner of the hotel.

It is very convenient for expecially Japanese expats who stay in other countries where they cannot get Japanese foods easily as Meijiya is located just next door.
Nightlife Tip:
Just nearby Clark Quay where you can find lots of bars/clubs with very nice atmosphere.

i was like stay at peninsula hotel, bcause good location for go anywhere and any mall sorounding there. please keep maintenance for hotel.
