Lousy service and bad attitude hotel staff

Room was very small with "genius design" of water tab which is 45 degree. It made you all wet whenever you open the tab. Room service was such a suck. Never ever try the room service in this hotel. Hotel staff was very unpolite. Had my dinner one night at the restaurant, while i asked to charge the bill to my room, the staff asked me in very rude way, did you give your credit card upon check in. If not you need to pay the money now. Maybe she thought a person who stayed at their hostel for 9 nights had no money to settle his bill.

i stayed here for a week. the location is very convenience, close to funan it shopping mall and about 3 minutes walk to city hall mrt. the room size is fine comparing to other hotels in the same value, worth a money and good for business trip.

we liked the location of the hotel. the rooms are nice and well maintain. we got upgraded to a studio which has a nice view of the marina bay. the bed was comfortable. the swimming pool is nice but located at a position where there is not privacy. the hotel is always busy due to its location which is near to the city hall mrt.

my room was in the excelsior tower and appeared to be freshly updated. the breakfast buffet was acceptable, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was excellent for travel in and out of the central business district. the city hall mrt is very nearby and taxis were readily available. would return.

i spent one night, in a "delux room". cheap is the word to describe it. i had the feeling to sleep just above the metro since i was able to feel big vibration. furniture is nice at first glance but cheap (again) when you look close.
Nightlife Tip:
Clarck quays is less than 10 min walk for the hotel.

if you look for a hotel with good location, i will recommend this hotel. easy to walk or access to mrt. but the hotel hasn't given breakfast by default. so i could be more cost for you. enjoy your stay.

This was a great mistake to book this hotel to celebrate new year with my family. Last year we were a Orchard hotel and it was great. This year were had to go to Grand Park which was opposite the road for breakfast & dinner

Happily the manager entertained my request and showed me various rooms. I picked the one I liked. The replacement room was okay, but nothing to write home about.
