comfortable and quiet hotel in a great position
gave us an early checkin for free + the late checkout was only $100.

We had a lovely quiet room with terrific views. The early checkin & late checkout were very much appreciated as we arrived knackered from an overnight flight from Delhi and left the following evening for an overnight flight back to Australia. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and I must add that the staff were very helpful.

Very close to the MRT and within walking distance to many attractions

The staff was friendly but the speed of service could have been faster; they had problem locating my booking even when I passed them my booking voucher. The room is spacious and very clean. Bathroom has a big bathtub and has posh deco. All in all a good stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel just opposite the City Hall Mrt, very accessible to other parts of the country.

Love the location of the hotel which is not far from everything esp MRT station. The only complain is the pillows provided. Too soft to have a good sleep.

It is a nice hotel with resonable price and easy to go from the airport by MRT. But there is no complimentary wifi even in the public area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Should go to Gardens by the Bays and Universal Studios. It's easy to travel from the hotel by MRT.

shower was hanging off the wall, but quickly repaired.
restaurant for breakfast being refurbished - served in lobby area - not large enough space so disorganised and queues if you wanted anything cooked. staff tried to cope under the conditions.
Restaurant Tip:
Check no refurbishment underway.

this hotel is close to city hall mall and mrt station. it is at convenient location for shopping and restaurants. rooms are pretty small and the twin beds are smaller than usual size. the club room has nice observatory where you can see the whole marina bay. hotel staffs are nice and helpful.

Poor in services and noisy

we don't feel very good and will not stay there any more .
Drainage is noisy , no small tower , sleeper .
We checked out at 9:00 am and missed a small coat in the room , 1:00 pm
We go back to the hotel and they told us , they did not see the cloth.
The room was very small and not very clean in all .
Shopping Tip:
Near the shopping area and MRT .
